I eat 6 to 7 times a day... start with 3 plain pancakes at 6am and a wey protein shake.... next meal at 8am is a bowl of kashi cereal with fat free milk... After that I eat about a cup lf yougurt with fruit at 10am then lunch at noon is usually a roast beef and turkey sandwich with fat free cheese on whole grain bread. Next I will have a whole grain bagel or another sandwich around 4:30pm. Dinner is usually the last time I eat for the day and what I eat varies a from a salad to hamburger helper and it's usually around 7. I am pretty thin overall but I do have some belly fat that I want to lose as I bulk up which is why I'm eating so little fat! Thanks for your reply!
