cycle question

body fat low id say 10%

this will be my second cycle this what i was thinking
week 1-12 250 mg test cyp per week
week 1-8 100 mg test prop EOD
week 1-4 50 mg dbol ED.
was thinking of adding proviron in there at 50 mg ED 1-12

i gained 13 lbs on my last cycle and lost basically all of it which is annoying. i was thinking for pct 500 iu h.c.g ED for 20 days and nolva at 20 mg ed for 21 days. will this be sufficient? or maybe clomid?
please tell me what you think thanks :rainbow:
 
Ok, I'll save you the "you're too young" speech....

Why are you running prop for 8 weeks? If you're looking to use it as a kickstart to your cyp, that's fine, but you'd only have to run it long enough until the cyp kicked in (4-6 weeks tops).... but you have d-bol as a kickstart. I'd save the prop for another cycle and bump up the cyp a bit....also, 8-10 weeks is long enough IMO... simpler cycle and it should give you some nice gains. For P C T, run the H C G for 10 days (500 iu ED) during the last week of your cycle... then a week or so after your last test shot, start the nolva and run it for a minimum of 4 weeks.
 
also when should i start pct? should i do the h.c.g first then start the nolva or start both at the same time?

thanks bro sounds like good advice. yh i am looking for a kick start would you drop the prop or dbol? and i am looking to stay lean.
 
ya know, I was looking at your stats again.... the best thing you could do for yourself right now is tune-up your workout routine and ESPECIALLY your diet.... you could stand to put on some more weight NATURALLY... I know alot of guys will come down hard on you about this... what's your diet like now? how many calories ED? You need to eat more...alot more... I'm willing to bet the reason you lost all the weight after your first cycle is because you didn't keep up the calories and you didn't train as hard. Trust me, it's doable....
 
i would say your half right there. i did keep up the calories but my training wasnt as good because i lost strenght and had a motorcyle accident which put me out for 3 months. i have been back in the gym 2 months now and i want the feeling back. over all ive been traning 2 and half years with 3 months out. i get around 3000-4000 cals a day about 300 grams of protein and around 500 grams of carbs. try to eat lots of real protein and i get multi vitamins and branched chain amino acids and shakes of course. i have been told by some one im a "hard gainer"
