Also, I dont see how any of the paperguys stuff could come back different from each other. Like bolix, Mr. Meows and the 3rd guys stuff should be the same.
They all use the same supplier. So if the supplier decides to scam (which is highly unlikely, seeing as he has been around for some time) then they may scam and not even know it.

IMO, this is an inaccurate assesment. They no longer use the same supplier for their powder (to my knowledge). Also, the last statement you made which is a hypothetical carries no weight as you are assuming BD "could or would" scam his suppliers with bunk powder??? c'mon dude no way

Bottom line BD is NOT associated with PB end of story. The BD site was down so as ISP could be changed and control taken back so as to prevent sales through their site that is STRICTLY against their policy.

Problem resolved and those that were scammed were being reinbursed by the manufacturer even though orders placed to a site that the owner had no knowledge so why bring it all up. Please look at my original reply it is short and to the point is it not? so why did JA like a hurt little child as noone would tell him the full story posted mails issued to him by PB. Why does PB feel the need to support him so much? JA states where the powders were from and BD state they have had a unathorised access to a mail addy and do not issue to North America so why disput so much when he does not have the facts?
All standard internet drama that was not needed IMHO and why the inacuracies did not have to be explained!

All he was doing was sending out his list along with the BD list when people would inquire through the web site email. He took advantage of the opportunity to promote his own line of goods. Shame on him! BD still benefitted from all this since he was buying the powders for his products from BD and still may be for all we know. BD isn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth. PB represents a good chuck on their powder business so I'm sure this will all work itself out since the bottomline always is about money.

So are you saying that PB was not the registered Admin of BD's site? He owned the domain name and operated the site. Everything traced back to him as the owner. International law prohibits the sale of AAS to countries where it is illegal to possess AAS without a prescription even if it's legal in the country of origin. Legally speaking PB was on the hook for any liability created from the site.
