My 10months Ckd Results

Thought I share my CKD pics with u. Was really not happy about how i looked back in january and really felt like I had to do something about it.
Had actually worked out for about 2yrs on before pics (though it might not look like it :bawling: ), but gotten some diet advices that didnt really work. Packed on at least 10lb fat during a 3 month bulking period. (Was prolly 16% or more b4).. but on the "before pics" im at least 20% @ 220lb, measured 20.4% at 215 a week or 2 after 1st pics were taken. Finished díet about 10wks ago and im happy with the results. Im not able to stay in that shape but I'm tryin to minimize fat-gain, thnx to MrX.
Also like to thank rhara that had put together my CKD diet and training plan.

thx guys for all the nice replies, really happy with the results myself :D Took some time but I really liked the diet and workout.. had to do some changes to it after a while, lower calories etc. but basicly no "drastic" changes.

currently working on a 3day/wk 5x5-schedual based on Needsize's program. Im tryin to bring up my back and chest.. so the core exercises are Deads, Bench and Squats.

the base suppements in my program was :
4g+ Vitamin C
Multi Vit/Min 2xday
Zinc/Magnesium 30/400mg Before goin to bed
Homemade Yohimburn ..thnx to Voodoo Lady and Macro
(just tried it a couple of weeks)

I might have used these aas's:
wk 1-43 -EC 30/300mg*2 5on 2off-schedual (no ec on clen wks, and a whole week off every 6-8wks)
wk 3-8 -2.4iu hgh 5on 2 off
wk 35-45 -10mg nolvadex ED
wk 38-39,42-43 -60mcg Clen ED
wk 38-43 -25mg Proviron ED

Clean, that is a fairly conservative dose, however Dave Polumbo, often writes that he feels anything over 2-3 iu's a day yields virtually no benefits, and causes more side effects. A major study was conducted recently using 1 iu's a day for 6 months, and showed an average fat loss of 5 ibs, with no changes in diet or lifestyle, while the control group gained a little fat.

On the other hand, there are pro's using doses in the 16-18 iu's range.
 
Thanks BBF. So it helps with fat loss as well as building/retaining muscle, even at low doses such as 1-3 iu's a day...I have never even considered using it, I guess because I do not know much about it. Is it not safe for one that still may grow, as I am only 19? I am reading about it now and it seems, well, I don't know what to think.

There are no health related pros to using such a high dose of GH, I highly suggest against it.

You're 19, you don't need to use it or consider using it; you have a LOT of natural GH, so dont' worry about anything external for now. Train hard, eatright and rest, you'll get the results you want.

Yes, to attribute it all to CKD.....there is no doubt in my mind that you busted your ass and had some prett heavy deadication to obtain that and congratulate you. I do not want to take anything away from your hard work.

I'm just curious if you would look like that without the clen and HGH.

I've done CKD and started with about what you started with....got pretty lean except my problem areas (love handles/lower abs), but my problem was I was burning some considerable muscle, so I backed off. I'd like to obtain what you've done in terms of leaness...but with more mass......just don't know if I care to go the HGH route.....mabye anavar instead???
 
well personally I dont think the hgh was used long enough to see any benefit in terms of fatloss. Was sleeping like a baby, had some crazy dreams and felt really good. I had done tests every 6wk throughout the diet to check my bf% and the fatloss wasnt really much greater the weeks I was on hgh. I've got pictures from week 8 too I think If u like to see em just pm me. Concerning the clen usage for 4weeks total was actually a little wrong. Since I was on 10days ckd. I was using it for 20 days total and upping the dosage slowly 1112223334 / EC / 2233333333. I've read a lot about clen and was a bit afraid of getting sides so I never dared to go any higher. Tried it cuz I wanted to see how my body reacted on it. Clen is supposed to be used in conjuntion with carbs to get maximum effect. So ckd isnt really optimal for clen usage. Ephedra+Caffeine combo was safer and better if u ask me.
Sorry to hear that ckd might not be working for you. It did for me and I will be on ckd next time im cutting :) .

If you re-read his post he clearly states his GH use was only a few weeks, not enough to do anything. Clen = ephedrine, so nothing out of the ordinary, he DID NOT use any steroids, so as far as I'm concerned he did it naturally.

Mr.X, I think you misread my post. I said there are pro's who use 16-18 iu's. By pro's I ment professional bodybuilders. Would I suggest doing it? No, not only is it very dangerous, the $$$ would be rediculous. Something the ballpark of $500 a week (26K a year), if you have a good source who charges a very fair rate.
 
I'm very happy about all the nice responses I got from this post, and ofcourse that it got to be a sticky. Hopefully I have inspired people and given them new strength dieting that sure as hell can wear anyone out. I really think ef is a great community where people that share same interest regardless of sex or race can share thought and give inspiration to eachother. A lot of people has helped me without knowing it. I would have given then karma but just got how the system worked..sorry guys and girls.

Feel out of shape now with all the "usual" food though Im wheigh food and count calories. Most is probably waterweight but I really miss the hard look I had while glycogen depleted. It might sound insane but both me and my trainingpartner want to go back ckd'in again. We kinda lost that contact we had sice we now both are on different training regimes, the musclegroups he lacks I dont and vice versa. On the other hand I really need to pack on muscles and 5x5 training is fun. I will probably try to pack on as much mass as I can until april while tryin to keep fatgain under controll. I'll be takin pics along the way to see if I make any progress, its really a great way to analyse the training/diet.

Dude I am dieting now and I look at your pics almost every other fucking day, saying "damn I am gonna be ripped also!" Maybe I will carry around a picture of you while I am doing cardio to give me some incentive ;)
