I added Gplenish two weeks ago... My diet has remained the same... I am currently doing controlled bulking diet.
Anyway, my overall fullness and strength seems to be much improved. My recovery is definitely better and my work-outs have been much better in regards to stamina. I am 100% completely sold on the stuff... It will be a staple in my supplement regimen forever.
As for the dosing: I have been using 5 Tablespoons on training days and 4 on non-training. I use three spoons in my post workout shake. Awesome product. The best natural supplement since Creatine in my opinion.
