how can anyone get a workout in 4 minutes? is it HIIT or something? I'm doing light research and it says 'it involves 12x as much muscle as walking or running', which is probably impossible. I don't think the body could handle that much effort, running alone tires people out quickly.
 
how did you come across that? you did a search for "4 minute workout" didn't you...in an effort to double the time you spend training your back?
 
i would like to shake the hand of the guy who made that. Most crappy workout products cost 50 bucks or afew hundred atmost and they con people into buying it. Whoever made this has actually been able to convince people to rent it at 1000 pre month or but it for 14k. You could buy a new BMW m3 and finance it for about that much per month. Insane yet ingenious. Why cant I think up something liuke that.

LOL you should so fly out to venice beach with one of those and roll it into the mecca of all beach gyms and start pounding away on it. that would be hysterical

it's only $14K...i know you're good for it. sell a condo if you have to, but you must acquire one of these

i remember seeing this contraption in the dupont registry, but had no idea that anyone could get someone to pay $14,000 for it.
