I'm glad you asked. The answer is simple. GET YOUR ASS IN FUCKIN GEAR TODAY!!! Not tomorrow, not Monday - TODAY! How many times have you told yourself that your strict diet starts tomorrow? How many times have you told yourself that your next workout will be more intense, that you'll push those few extra reps or add that extra weight next time?

If you want to be bigger, if you want to be more lean, you must start NOW! Look at every single major competitive bodybuilder on the scene today. Do you think Jay's legs were made tomorrow? Do you think Ronnie's arms were made tomorrow? Do you think Quincy Taylor grew to a ripped 290 pounds tomorrow? Hell no. At some point those men decided that they were going to make it happen TODAY!


If you want to achieve your dreams, you must start today my friends.


Things to do TODAY:

- Evaluate Yourself -
*Body fat level?
*BMR?
*Activity level and calorie expenditure?
*Physical adaptation Goals.

- Create a Diet AND a Diet Log -
*Meticulously track all macronutrient ratios.

*Track physical adaptation and tweek diet accordingly.

- Create Training Program AND Training Log -

Can't agree with you anymore on that quote bro especially the training/diet logs-- they are the most useful tools to have in order to achieve your goals.

Thanks guys, glad you've enjoyed it. I have written it for myself as much as anyone else. I hope we all take it to heart and stop fooling ourselves out of the realization of our goals.

Damn I cant tell you how many times I've said that I would start tracking everything meticulously "starting on Monday". Great post, should def be a sticky for motivation, if not then bump it till the cows come home. karma for you Silent.
