1st Cycle, Test Enthanate, Equipose, Dbol.

I tried my best to gear the log towards people like myself, people brand new to AS and still learning. None of that calorie counting logs you see people keep, thats boring.. I dont want to know what they had to eat, I want to know what they put up at the gym and how they felt day to day.. and when the strength came!

Hope it is as user freindly and interesting as I wished it to be!

what the proper dosage to prevent gyno.. will 20mg ed for 3 days do the job?

I natrualy have a very small amount of gyno, as you can tell my those pics. But dont want anymore...
 
HGH looks way to costly ... :D

My post cycle is going to be nolva and hcg , I also have clomid, but I dislike all the sides people get from it, do you guys strongly suggest I also use clomid post, and what do you guys think about my gyno.. is that a small amount of gyno, or nothing?
 
Sounds like your doing awesome man!! Just remember to take things one step at a time, then soon down the road you will be a monster!!! Keep up the good work, and i love that detailed info on the other board!!!

Great info, I love the detail you have posted but I would, as crazy it sounds like to know ruffly how many g's of protein/ lbm your taking in along w/ your carbs. I am 21 5'10'' 185-190lbs 8.5% naturally. I am about to start my first cycle! I have done a few natural contest and placed decent but I am ready to take it to the next level!

Everything you have on the other board is great, Keep the info coming and more pics. I agree w/ everyone you definately have a great base and could add alot more mass naturally after the cycle is over! Make sure you train like an animal and eat clean when you end your cycle so you keep as much of your gains as possible! When I start (hopefully about two weeks) I will try to stay in contact w/ you on how my progress is! Looking great, keep up the training.

Oh by the way, any info on rugby would be great, kinda off the subject but I want to start playing!

Ill post more pictures when my cycle is over... and ill post more pictures a month or two after the cycle is over to see what I have kept.

rugby is a freaking crazy sport... I love it... football / soccer ... its awesome!

Ya, tell me exactly how your cycle goes bro, I want to compare.. see where I went wrong and see what to improve upon next go around.

Im not a calorie counter, Im not anul enough to even try. I can tell you ruffly what I eat day to day.. and Iv been going through milk like its going out of style... My roomates even noticed how the milk is flying out the door.


Im up to 208 baby... probably still around 9-10 bf !

Ill keep updating that page of my progress... Like normal all the way untill Im done!

not limiting anything I eat, I eat anything and everything, the only thing I keep in mind when Im picking out what to eat is, how much protien is contains... thats it.. I could care less if its full of fat or full of carbs...

And even though im taking in tons of carbs and fats, my weight realy isnt shooting up and my body fat percentage and composition seems to stay the same.

Should I be counting carbs? is there any point to counting carbs when bulking? I just know im getting tons!
 
Not if your bulking, but I still try to watch taking in too much crap while bulking.

But if your growing and keeping your bf the same-thats great-have you thought of using t3?

I'v been taking nolva the last 5 days at 20mg a day, and today I went into the gym, and was very week compared to last week! Could the nolva have caused this ww?

From what i've read DZ nolv can hinder your gains a little but not to the point of you being much weaker or losing a lot of size. I can't speak from personal experience but there are alot of posts on this just do a search or email Huck, he is great with the anti-e's

well from my limited experience, nolva did hurt my strength but didnt affect my size or weight.

any vets secound that? Im also considering keeping my cycle running to week 14 or so instead of 10, to try to help my body get used to this extra weight, what do you guys think of that?
 
If you feel good with it then try it extended it but don't get over zealous and show some discipline. Also, make sure when you go off you cycle hit the clomid or a replacement like that to help keep some of your gains and boost up your natural test. Keep me informed on your progress DZ like I said I'll be starting a cycle like yours in about 6 weeks so I'm really anticipating this. Have you had any test or EQ flu and where have you been making your injections?
 
read my cycle log, I indicate everything i'v been through. About 2 weeks ago I was sick, but so was everyone in my household, and it only lasted about a week and never got to bad. I mostly inject in my thighs, but have injected in my shoulder, butt and bi.

I have nolva and clomid, any suggestion on dosages?
 
For the clomid it is recommended one week after your final injection at 100mg for first 4-5 days and 50mg for the next 4-5 days. As for the nolv I actually spoke with Huck on that and he said IF you get gyno symptoms use 40-60mgs a day till it subsides then use 20mg for the rest of your cycle. But thats only if you get it. If everything is running fine then don't use it or if you want to use it as a prevent to gyno or to keep bloat down use 10mg p/d.
 
I'v heard many people say that they have used nolva instead of clomid post cycle.. or used both! Along with HCG

I was wondering what dosages and how people take both nolva and clomid at once?
 
yeah I heard of people using nolv and or clomid for post-cycle. As for the dosage for that I don't know and I'm not even gonna guess. Try posting a new thread with that as the question and see what responses you get. Check back here to later tonight as I'm sure someone will give advice on that.
 
Can you post the pics on this thread, I guess you have to be a member to see your pics and i'm not... I like your cycle, I have a few under my belt and I plan on doing enthate,eq,dbol, anavar for my future cycle.

DZ I've noticed your BF went up to 16%. Whats up with that bro you were down to 9%! Don't let your diet slip man. Remember high prot, moderate carbs, high cals, low fat.
 
no no no.. re-read it bro.. thats on a tynita bf scale.. the 16 .. its off.. the scale itself will read all over the place, it is pretty worthless as a b/f measure.. its a general idea... in one day Ill read from 13-17 on that scale.. its off

the 9 % was a much better test by a professional... im probably a % or 2 higher.. maybe 11 or so.. but nothing bad at all
