i just took it now... i have a very large ribcage... it helps with chest vacuums. Make no mistake, that is a chest vacuum. I got the technique from frank zane.

no... i got it from one of his books. I would love to do one of his personal training sessions, though. It is a matter of forcing all of the air out of your lungs. Do it while bent over, and learn to stand without relaxing your abs. It is in his books, and arnold talks about how in his encyclopedia, too.
