This is kinda going to be my journal thread.
I'm gonna try a clean bulk. Drop body fat slowly while still putting on mass.
Add in some cardio.
My stats:
Age: almost 16
Weight- 195
Body fat%- Around 16%
Height: 73 inch or 6'1
I want my BF% down to about 11% and put on a little size as well. I know it may take some time but im willing to go for it.
For a clean bulk how many calories should i consume? i only want to go about 250-300 over my maintaing calories. How much protein should i be getting? Should i keep carbs low? I need some help with that.
