I would have loved that, we had Alice, she was set in plastic right after she died then cut in two dozen slides, so you can view all portions of her innards. She's cute too

How did they die? Go out quietly, gurgling?
 
All different, some struggled, either through intabation/airway, or cardiac arrest with paddles. Most just slipped away quietly. Some have told me moments before hand that they were going to die.

I had a patient last week tell me she would die the next day, though her lab work was perfect, ekg was normal etc.....she was right, kicked it the very next day

Strange. I've heard stories like that where people have a premenition.
