holy shit i cycled off this and back on and i cant sleep. this stuff lasts all day.

You have to take it first thing in the morning. I usually take 2 lean dreams to ehlp em sleep well.

I wish it didn't make me feel like shit all day - I'd take them more often. Great for suppressing your appetite.

if i take them at noon i cant get to sleep. i do feel like crap also sometimes

Ive been taking it since last week sometime. One day last week I took 2 instead of one and then went to the gym. I felt nauseated but I figured it was lack of food and then strenuous exercise. Yesterday I then took 2 first thing in the morning prior to my 5am workout. Again, feeling nauseated after about 25 min of cardio. So today back to just one pill early am before my 5am workout and I felt fine. It does suppress the appetite but for me slightly. I am always a ravenous fool.

Additionally, it is easier somehow for me to resist temptations such as vending machine snacks and stuff.
