I want to make sure I have everything in line before I start my first clen/t3 cycle so I have a few questions.
Stats: 5'9 and 195lbs at an estimated 14%bf
Looking to drop bf but maintain as much muscle as possible.
cycle looks like:
Clen:
Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg
Day 15-28: off
Day 29-42: same pattern as days 1-14
Taurine:
4-5g/day
Should the taurine be used only on days of clen use or throughout the whole cycle? Also should it be taken thoughout the day or all at once?
T3:
Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 12.5mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10 hrs in between)
Day 11-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 38-45:12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)
Finally, are there any other supplements that should be added into this cycle for either safety or effectiveness? Any other useful info on the subject would be appreciated.
Edit: I will also take 1g/day of Potassium gluconate thanks to swordfish's suggestion.
Edit #2: After researching some of anthony roberts' writing about benadryl's effect on the receptors, I am revising my clen cycle. It will look as follows:
Clen:
Day 1-3: 20mcg
Day 4-6: 40mcg
Day 7-9: 60mcg
Day 10-23: 80mcg
Day 24-27: 60mcg
Day 28-31: 40mcg
Day 32-35: 20mcg
Benadryl:
Day 15-21: 50mg/before bed
My reasoning for the dosages are: I want to allow plenty of time to ramp up and even more to ramp down. I don't want to push too high for a peak for safety sake. I am only able to get my hands on 100 20mcg tabs within my budget, which my cycle will come to a total of 1960mcg, just barely enough.
Suggestions and critiques are appreciated.
