My plan

Planned Diet:

20 minutes run/walk with dog at 5:00am around neghborhood to get blood flowing and allow dog to urinate on neighbors yards.

6:00am
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup rolled oats (sometimes switch to Oat bran)
1 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein with 1/2 cup carb less skim milk
20 blueberries and a few blackberries in oats.........HEAVEN

9:00
250g (1/2 small tub) dry curd cc - 45g pro
10 peanuts, 10 almonds
sf jello and fiber one sprinkled on top
green tea

noon
6-8 oz lean beef and chicken
LARGE salad with veggies
6oz yam

3pm
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey
tea

500pm train

630
1/2 cup oats, skim, 1 scoop protein

830
muscle milk shake in skim or casein shake
couple spoon full dry curd with sf jello
10-20 almonds, walnuts, peanuts

immidiately after = bed.

I too thought you just posted "it's winter why aren't people bulking" or something to that effect. Not bashing, just clarifing.. I too change my mind very quickly.

does this look like a cuting diet? Do I need to double the cals?? Man, I thought it was pretty high in caloric intake......ummmmmmm............
 
Looks like a good clean bulk. Whether its enough cals or not would depend on you stats. As long as there is an excess you will gain.
 
How many grams of fat are you taking in? From what i've read in the past you like to stay a little lean? Just looking at without adding up the cals myself i'd say bump up the fat a little. Give us a break down of your bodyfat and weight and all that good stuff. I wouldnt worry about getting a little fat. You have the know how to get it off :)
 
for all I know your 380 lbs 8% bf ... that'd be cutting, lol

6'3, 180 even.........prob 8-9%bf..........bulking hard...............HARD for this month...zero cardio.
 
NOT ENOUGH FOOD!... you may be adding up the cals and thinking to urself.. well, thats enough... But, you arent eating enough real calorically dense foods.
 
Def. up the fat intake. Get out the tablespoon and the ANPB!! as well as some flax oil. One thing i noticed is that your only getting around 23 grams of carbs before and after your workout.. Way too little.. Just estimating what you ate in a day is about 5-10 % fats? I might be a little off, but i hope this gives you some ideas..
 
thanks bro...how many peanus or almonds in a tb? I currently eat 10 of each in he am and 10 of each in the pm.....

carbs are 30g pre in 1/2 cup oats

60g carbs in post workou with 4 pieces ww, cup egg whites OR 3/4 cup oats in skim and egg whites + whey. So almost 100 in a 3hr span.

until then, what would you change? Should I dump in more cals in the PM, seems after training my cals really dip low........

I got all those myoplex carb bars to eat too!! lol...........should I add them or toss them out?
 
Damn if those are your ripped abs in your gallery eat the FU^K up bro! You obviously know how to train if you see fat being deposited up the cardio or adjust calories accordingly.

You call that bulking?

Bulking for me is:

9:00 Am- I Hop

2 Pankcakes
2 Bacon
2 Sausage
2 Eggs
English Muffin
Coffee

Noon- Del taco
1/2 Lb bean and cheese Burrito
3 chicken tacos( no sauce)
X- large diet coke

3 PM- Panda Express
White rice with beef and brocoli

7 Pm-
Dinner at roadhouse steak house

8 PM- Baskin robiins for desert

10:30- Before bed

Big ass bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch.



















Just kidding, but I have eaten along those lines in a day. :worried:
 
My cals are hittin the 4k mark easily.....changed gears and am not worried about some fat gain......bagels, subway, quiznoss, popcorn, peanuts, BEEF! Stuff I normally would refrain from is all good.......Yesterday stopped and grabbed a couple of greasy ass burgs, tonday may be some pizza..........hmmm
