What's best for the liver

PCfuzz

New member
If we all are going to take these things that are bad for our liver, then we should know what is best for it. So what is the best pills and/or foods we should take when on a cycle???

Thanx

* Milk Thistle - a natural herb, traditionally used to support detoxification functions of the liver. The strong antitoxin activity of the main ingredient in milk thistle (silymarin) is thought to help the liver function.
* L-Methionine - an amino acid that the liver uses to create glutathione. Supplementing with L-methionine can help raise glutathione levels and thus the natural detoxification functions of the liver .
* N-Acetyl-Cystine - the liver also uses NAC to create glutathione. Supplementing with NAC can help raise glutathione levels .
* Alpha Lipoic Acid - is an antioxidant that helps revitalize glutathione and supports the antitoxin activities of the liver.
* Selenium - helps zinc and vitamins (both antioxidants) to function better in their detoxification properties.
* Ayurvedic Herbs - these herbs have long been used to promote the detoxification capabilities of the liver. Among the most commonly used herbs are Boerhavia Diffusa, Eclipta Alba, Terminalia Belerica, Tinospora Cordifolia, and Picrorhiza Kuroa.

You can supplement with NAC, Milk Thistle and R-ALA for pretty cheap. Or you can buy an all in one "Detox" type formula. Tylers Liver Detox is well known and reputable. Unless you have been on harsh methyls (m1t) for a long time (5+ weeks) you shouldnt have any real problems. Most liver issues with AAS are overstated. Tyler's can be expensive. Now Foods makes a cheaper Liver Detox formula if you dont want to spend $50.

That's a good combo, I need to give it a shot.

I just switched to Tylers - and I use all of the above listed except for Ayurvedic Herbs and L-Methionine (unless it is in Tyler's - I need to check the label)

Drink tons of water too.

Tons of water and TYLERS works the best IMHO....I am using it right now, it stinks but it works, hope that helps bro

Lots of PURIFIED water, as much as you can drink. In fact I found my liver to be enlarged and the doctor told me to obviously stop drinking so I did. But any liquid I put thru my mouth is water. I heard Liver Detox's are over rated and infact put more pressure on your liver. When your cycling your liver needs as much rest as possible even though it can heal itself. I would drink water bro and go in to see your doctor to have a LIPID PANEL done and cholesterol level done. Good luck
