Hello all you beautiful ladies of EF!!! Where to start..ok..well, I just recently got into weight lifting. Before that, I was all about the high reps/low weight work outs. Then, I decided to ditch the "pink weights" and do some real work. When I first started (3 months ago) , I was 138lbs and 29%BF. I checked in yesterday and I am at 148lbs and 21%BF. I will compete for the first time April 2006!!! I have trainers who will be working with me and helping me with the 12week cutting diet and workout. That I will post in Febryary. Right now, I am trying to decide whether I should do Anavar and Clen. I wanted to ask opinions before I actually spend the hours researching both of those drugs. My boyfriend is assuring me to at least do the Anavar (5mg/day)for 10 wks. but I am unsure of Clen. I was told that it will shed my weight for the show but it will put it on just as fast and more than it shed. Is this the case? Also, what do you think of Anavar?
Here's my training as of right now:
Mon:Chest/Tris 4sets/6-10 reps, 20-30 min cardio and abs
Tues:Back/Bis 4sets 8-12 reps,20-30 min cardio and abs
Wed: Legs/Shoulders 4sets/6-12 reps , calves and abs
Thurs: rest
AND START ALL OVER AGAIN ON FRIDAY!!!
