Quick Cramp Question a little off Topic

More of a supplement question but a feew weeks back a bro talked about a great uppl with potassium and magnesium to battle leg cramps my wife gets, especially when on var.....cound you post that product, and preferred brand if possible ?? I usually use nutritionexpress.

Bump, I am interested in this as well.
 
I never get leg cramps from var only cramping I have ever got was from clen and for that I found taurine help more then potasium. Are you sure she is drinking enough water? She needs to get in a minium of 1 gallon if not 2 per day.

Lots of supplements out there that will do the trick. Maybe try some potassium and magnesium on their own along with a shit load of water no alcohol, tobacco, caffeine or refined sugar.
 
You can get potassium and also a calcium / magnesium combo -- I buy these as 2 seperate items fairly cheap at the grocery store or drug store -- 1) potassium, 2) cal / mag
 
I only get leg cramps if I am dehydrated, a good indicator of not being dehydrated is clear piss. Potasium/magnesium will help, in my opinion your better off eating 2 bannas a day or drinking some v8.
