help with diet and a stack
Hi all
I am new to the board and in need of some help.
I have been doing some reading and I am having a hard time finding a good supplement stack and diet for me.
I am a large guy 6' 9" tall and 275# I have a good frame if I lose some fat and start gaining muscle. I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days but I am not using any supplements or any strict dieting. I am getting stronger but not loosing fat or seeing any muscle tone. To start my stack I think I will be going with superdrol (or something like it as I have read it is not being made any more) what else is good to use with it?
what type of balance do I need in a diet?
