Just took my last tab of winny today so the cycle is officially done aside from PCT.
Beginning stats/history/goals:
5'9" 165 ~9% BF
2 past cycles - 6 weeks of var about a year ago and sust/tren about 2 years ago.
I'm a triathlete in my first competitive season so the majority of my workouts are designed around building power and endurance. I lift 2x per week mostly upper body plus deads and core work. Aside from lifting I put in a lot of miles biking and running as well as swimming...it's not uncommon for me to burn 2-3k calories per day just from training. My overall goals were to build some lean mass but more importantly to stay lean and build power for my races. I was looking for a net gain of about 5lbs when all is said and done...maybe 8lbs lean mass and drop ~3lbs body fat. Any more than that and it would be more of a problem to carry around the extra weight.
Cycle as originally planned:
-Sust - 125mg Mon/Thurs Wks 1-6 (Organon)
-EQ - 200mg Mon/Thurs Wks 1-10 (QV)
-Winny - 50mg Wks 7-12 (BD orals)
-HCG- midcycle mon/wed/friday 1000 IU's and first 3 weeks PCT
I front-loaded the sust @ 250mg Mon/Thurs during the first week. I could have just shot the sust once/week @ 250mg through the cycle but I figured since I'd be shooting EQ 2x I might as well split the sust up for a more even blood concentration over the week. I ended up bumping the EQ to 300mg every Mon/Thurs starting in week 8 and running it 14 weeks total (8@400mg and 6@600mg). I started the winny at week 9 and ran it @ 50mg/day for 7 weeks...extending 2 weeks past my last shot of EQ.
So the results...I'm up to about 173-175lbs depending on the day and I'd estimate I dropped 1-2% body fat so I'm probably around 7% now...very lean...so I probably added ~12lbs of lean mass over the past 4 months. Nice gradual slow gains...I'm ripped, vascular and hard. I just started taking Thermorexin (5 tabs/day) last week and have cut my caloric intake to ~500cal below what I burn trying to drop a little more BF over the next month. I'd like to get down to ~170 and 6%. Overall I'm happy with the results I got. At first I wasn't seeing any results but I likely wasn't eating enough. Pics are from about a month ago.
Pct will be:
-Clomid - 50 mg ed for 3 Wks (this probably isn't necessary based on the relatively mild cycle)
-Nolva - 20 mg ed for 6 Wks
-HCG 1000 IU's M/W/F for 3 weeks
