Since the Motorcycle Forum idea got shot to shit, this is the next best thing. It can basically be a group where we can ask each other bike/car questions or any other EF'er who has questions etc. on the subject.

Yeah, we need something cool for our sig. If I didn't suck balls at photoshop and any other cool program, I would work on it. Also we should do this official. EG has a group thing for the profiles and shit that no one ever uses anymore. We should bring it back.

I street race fo $$$.. why wasn't I told about this group? Wootom, how many lengths would you set out an exhaust only 91 mustang gt... it is stock except for the long tube headers and the x pipe... I swear.

I will be running a small block ford (not going to pop the hood sorry) on 10.5" STREET tires, pump gas (93 octane) through 2.5" pipes and mufflers on stock rear suspension, auto trans.

Cool. Car is a bit heavy though...running an ls1? Or did you upgrade? What type of supercharger/innercooler did you go with? I am going to be supercharged also on my next setup.

my car is an 11 second vette and it has crazy top end. the best of both worlds. i smoked a ferrari the other day but that isnt sayong much they dont have that much HP

Ok fine. What type of spots would you give a car like that and for how much $$$? I am not afraid of bikes, as long as they give me a reasonable spot.

Wootoom, might want to warn him before he locks something in. I used to do this for a living.
 
i agree i have handled bikes before but the 1000s off the line would roast my car easy. there crazy.

11's is ok for a daily driver... I honestly did expect more from an ls1 on boost. However you are right a ferrari is an overpriced low hp toy. Nice to look at and corner in, but you better not show up with one to play with any serious street warriors or you are going to lose a lot of $$$.

... actually a friend of mine is going deep 9's on a procharger setup on a 385 cid ls1, but his setup is not optimal. He made some huge mistakes and again his car is too heavy, its a pig.

agreed BBF thats what i mean "Daily Driver" you cant beat that. i love new technolgy for that purpose. and good gas mileage. i cant believe a 550hp car can get good gas mileage lolololol

I just did some google searches non of those bikes are going under 10 seconds in the 1/4th or over 130 mph in the 1/4th mile without a tone of nitrous and mods. So basically I need to have absolutely no concern about a bike I do not see a baby bottle on. So I should drop as much money as I can con him into putting down.

High 9's stock, and I know you will mod it. What type of lengths would you give a fox body stang that rolled up setup as I described if you were going to race for money?

Not a drag car, I said I would be on street tires, pump gas and stock style suspension through mufflers.

LoL I used to street race for a living. But yeah I have helped work on a few pro-mod cars and some cars for nation street car shootouts or street tire drag events.

Right now the national record for street tires on stock style suspension, 93 octane in a full weight street car is 7.76 seconds @ 186 mph.

That was done in an 87 camaro with a turbocharged small block chevy.

There is some fast shit out there today...the technology in the last 10 years has become insane. I have a friend with an 88 rustang, who runs 7.90's in the quartermile on 306 cubic inches on street tires...it has a working air conditioner and he drives it to work every day. Basically the street king around here since no one else without a bigblock and or slicks can hang with him heads up... so he does not get to race any more...no one will run him so he is making no money now.

the zx10r is faster..

even the litres from honda may be faster then the r1 ...

if i got a litre Id go for an R1.They look so so hot.. (ive been die hard kawasaki too... everything from sport to dirt bikes etc) but the r1 looks so rad
 
well, it was riding day today, no interesting stories here, just one - MY ASS IS KILLING ME, thats it...Almost fell off of the back seat cause my husband is doing wheelies

guys...i need help with this sig thing....volunteers?..thanks green to go....went out to Willow Springs yesterday...the superbikes were running the big track..i was with the race cars on the smaller course...alot of fun...rode in Cobra mustangs all day...500HP...what a blast...we smoked everybody there...bike boyz were layin out on the big track- big time...fast guys. i had goosbumps all day...
