Jesus, you may as well ask us if it's OK to continue taking your multivitamin or your protein supplements. Creatine is not some kind of prohormone. It is simply a nitrogenous organic acid, and is a natural substance just like fats, proteins and vitamins. Creatine can always be taken and with anything, whether you're dieting, bulking, taking heroin or d-bol.

I'm not flaming you, but this question pops up every day.
