so im REALLY sick of Protein shakes...

im sure everyone is,.. or has been at one time... same friggin taste, 3 times a day... gah! it gets so boring!

so, i warmed up some milk in the micro,.. and added my protien power, and a tsp of honey... mmm tastes like hot chocolate! :)

mite do this more often lol

How about if you drink less than 3 per day?

I only drink my PWO shake 3-4 times/week and an additional shake once/week...

I have like 4 different flavors of whey isolate so it is never a problem... everytime I drink one flavor is about 1 week I last drank it...

Instant Coffee, decaf
Unsweetened, Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
Ground Cinamon
Butter Extract (no, dont freak, it feckin' rules, m8!)
GingerOil
OrangeOil
LemonOil
And as many sugar free coffee syrups as you can find:
Hazelnut
Vanilla
IrishCream
MochaJava
GreenApple
Anise
Etc, etc

With out any real effort thats over 70 different flavor combinations right there.

I can't believe what I'm reading. I love the taste of chocolate protein shake with milk although I do often add egg protein for variety in my pre-sleep drink.

helps to know exactly what your intaking, and not have to second quess some things lol


Pintoca,. i like to have 2-3 shake a day. im trying to build mass, and i eat alot, mass amounts, but as we all know, we dont always have the time to prepare the right meals all the time...etc
plus it helps to keep my stomach full,as i have a high metabolizm, and frankly,.. i REALLY get sick of eating! lol YES its TRU! by the time i finish a meal.. bout30mins later im ready for more grub! lol

LOL.. yah, took a break to see my boys come up for a few years, but back in the saddle again in project development for this total ball braker of a boss... total perfectionist, opinionated, pigheaded, loudmouthed, knowitall goof ball. (read: i work for me, actually

).
 
If you're a coffee drinker, freeze the leftover coffee in ice cube trays & add a cube to the blender when blending up your protein shakes. Mmmmmmm, mocha latte....

Good idea, I am going to give it a try - for the winter at least...

But come on man, I love the protein - just about a month ago I went from the usual vanilla/chocolate to Bananna and Strawberry...
Strawberry rulz.
