I am 6 foot 240, I should be a lean 200 or 210. I am also doing 30 minutes cardio, just started this monday, but thought I would be in ketosis by now, and am not. Any suggestions? Doing weights also.

I was going to say . . . sugar free doesn't mean anything the peanuts have carbs in them naturally. Very few, but still some
you could try snacking on cheese and summer sausage or something like that.

How do you know you're not in ketosis?

You started this Monday? And it's now Wednesday....it can take some people three or four days to hit ketosis - or for ketones to show up on strips (if that's how you're testing). A more reliable way of knowing is how your pee smells (gross, but true) or if you have a slightly metallic taste in your mouth (although I never had this, I hear it a lot).

oh, it's possible this is also something that only happens to certain people - and i can't really describe the change in smell - but it's quite distinct for me. maybe the best way to describe it is to say that prior to reaching ketosis - i don't notice much of a smell at all - and once i reach ketosis, the smell is very noticeable. and i also notice that my sweat smells different. perhaps i'm weird.

if you are hitting your macros right and working out do not worry about keto sticks or anything else. you should be fine

Nah, that's normal... it's because of the ketones your body is getting rid of that's causing the odor. Also, bad breath is another side effect/symptom of ketosis.
