You are utilizing a ton of different rep schemes, but a lot of repetitive movements. Why not use the rep schemes on the same exercise. For example, why incline press then incline smith? Plus five different incline pressing exercises...hmmm. To say the least you have changed things from the 5x5.

Is this the program that you were saying is similar to HST?

Not trying to be a dick, but...are you serious?

Wow...that is a TON of volume....I hit muscle groups 2x per week and don't even come close to that amount of volume...and feel like I am the brink of overworking\overtraining sometimes...

This might be a stupid question but is this routine going to be used in conjunction with a cycle?

I think its a bit too complicated, but I do like the spilt. Training everything 2 x per week.:)

Id pick 2 exercises per bodypart for like 3 sets (plus warmups if necesary) and then go from there.

Training 6 days a week might be a lot for some people though. If you can do each workout in 45-60 minutes, it's doable IMO.
