Cramping almost daily.

Test Dbol cycle I stopped the dbol 2 weeks ago. 500/week test and I`m taking B-5 about 10grams /day, some Nolva and Armidex (I`ve been on and off wth these two).

I take One taurine capsule/day, Drinking plenty of water. This has never happened to me before. I`m not cutting just started cramping in my sleep the first day in my hamstring, the next time was my abs while doing bent laterals, then again (my hamstring) doing leg curls... then abs again after sneezing!

What can this be. 7 weeks into cycle. I have very slightly ben drinking less water than usual, I`m not sure if that may be it because I`m still drinking at least 1.5 gallons /day. I used to be well over 2 gallons before cutting back.
 
Are you drinking or consuming alot or more milk products? On a side note I notice a little more cramping after Im done with a cycle for some reason its happens alot more when I walk down stairs. Its almost always in the hamstring area. This goes away after a few weeks. Hope you find the answer.
 
I thought it was the B-5 but it`s helping so much with the clear skin. I`ll cut back a little and see what happens. Maybe to 5 grams/day.

that would happened to me while on d-bol 35mg a day with test, but I think it was the milk with the dbol. I didn't drink milk with it and it went away. but try to experiment with what you eat that way you will find out what the problem is. imo

Could it be a lack of stretching?...We all know how tight muscles get especially with dbol and the fact that we training harder when on....I know after hard core leg press my quads feel like they are going to burst from the extra blood but after a nice stretch all is fine.

I don`t think it`s the stretching either. It really feels like I`m dehydrated, it`s hard to explain. I stopped the D-bol 2 weeks ago and the cramps are starting now. I`m sure it has to do with the B-5 or the Nolva or Adex because my bodyweight came to a halt as soon as I started with them. I think it`s the B-5 though. I`ll cut back on that.

The Nolva and A-dex is not taken consistantly, so they may not be the cause. I`ve started and stopped them a few times.
 
how much taurine are you taking...

you might want to try quadrupling it.. it seemed like 1 gram.. if so bump it up big time

read some posts about clean and taurine i think thats where i read some good stuff about taurine dosages...

but it will help..

cut the b5 back to 5gs if you have already been using b5 for a while u can cut it back now

add fish oil and that will help teh skin as well
