Here are some of needsize's videos that he posted links to.

Thanks for sharing.

What's amazing about that deadlift vid is how he was able to do that to Atlannis Morresseet. WTF. What repsectable gym would be playing that on the radio.

Its a yuppie gym, so its not respectable, but you cant beat the equipment

Lord Needsize,

Where is your special abs workout vid? I am doing mine with a 45 lbs and a 10 lbs plate and it still isn't challenging. I think you said you used a single 45 so I must be doing something wrong.

I never actually made a vid for abs. Are you holding for a slow 5 second count half way down, thats the part that makes it so hard?

How much weight are you using? I assume you are international because of the look of the plates.
You wear a belt? Looked like you were wearing a fanny-pack or something, couldn't tell if it was a belt.
Also, I would recommend that you explode up with each rep, then lower the weight in a rapid manner. Doing slow negatives could lead to a possible injury. Let every rep go motionless before the next rep too.
You look pretty big and ripped, congrats. :bigbuck:

thank you for the reply; yes, its kg on the plates, max. is some 300 lbs in that video.
no, i use no belt, this pack is just for carrying an mp3-player around for when i train alone.
ok, i will improve the routine in the way you suggest, i've heard that from others too.
