Ok well you asked...so, I recomend that you start to eat, try to put on some muscle (especially through your shoulders, arms and legs) then...don't get mad...get a boob job...sorry had to say it. The 10% your trainer quoted looks about right which is actually kinda low for non competitive females. Let me ask you, when he said 10% did you think that was low or high? As far as beautiful abs go...your trainer should be able to lead you in the right direction with appropriate exercises. Remember none of this happens overnite, it takes commitment an effort. By the way don't take my boob job comment as an insult or think that it is just some crude remark. I do believe if you have that option and you were to find a good doctor to perform the operation it really could enhance you overall look. Breast implants don't have to make you look like a porn star.
 
Eat but not anything. Eat more protein and more carbs. Do a research about that.

Yep. And if you get them, take the maximum advantage of your money. Get some 38DDs at least. Those look beautiful

i think you look better than those pics probably show. See the poses in those pics aren't designed to make a girl look good or sexy. Those are more "guy" type poses.

But i concur with the rest -- that you should probably eat some more. Tone up a bit and get some muscle in there to smooth it out.

I think you have a great frame to work off of and since you are already very lean your journey of adding muscle won't leave you feeling well, round.

I would absolutely focus on muscle and strength gains.

Why don't you pop on the women's board and share with us your current training and diet.

you look like you are thin naturally but don't exercise. this is good but you need advice on how to work out and eat properly to improve your body. you may not be thin much longer as you age if you do not change your diet and learn to exercise/ weight train properly.

by posting your pic it sounds like you are open to suggestions. there is nothing that has already been posted that i can add but you must be willing to listen and learn to improve your body. we would be interested in seeing your after pics in a year or so if you are willing to work hard.

you have beautiful skin and a very feminine body. you have the potential to look amazing. do not make the mistake of getting overly hard and muscular. implants wouldn't be a terrible idea but don't go too big and risk an unnatural look. here in so ca ever other girl looks that way.

p.s. have you lost weight recently? you panties seems to be falling off of you. also, from what we can see of your face and your reflection in the mirror, you appear to have a very pretty and natural look. more east coast natural than west coast processed.

You look great to me. I think everyone is right that a little extra strength training will help you get what you are looking for... abs.
BTW. I would have professed my love for you except that I got nervous when I saw you listed your gender as "M"!!!
Seriously though... You are an extremely sexy woman. Eat right and work out and the world is yours!
 
I would smash your little body, but it looks like it would be fun. And the boob job, Id smash them too so I wouldnt worry about that either. I do like your body though, nice and petite. I like em like that. can we get a pic of you bent over a chair or something? just asking.....nice hips. Whats up with the hand over the rear in your side shot? you could make that shot 75% better with your hand off your butt. Nice, model material IMHO

I'd recommend you train hard, do squats benches and deadlifts.

eat healthy foods, but so much of them that you slowly, carefully start to gain weight.
Eat lots of fish and meat and nuts and drink lots of water.

You are at the perfect starting point to be at. If you eat & train right you'll see results fast because you have no fat that would hide even the slightest improvements. Sweetheart right now you look as though you have never stepped foot in a gym in your life, you're just straight up skinnnnnny!

Good luck, I'm sure you look attractive with cloths on so I figure you shouldn't have any difficulty getting fed.

Good advice here..listen to it.
You will look like an entirely different person with the proper diet.
And don't forget a good protein shake thruout the day.
All this will not get you big but mold you into the person you desire to be.

If I were you, I'd send me an IM with a place to meet up a couple times a week, and we can have a special "one-on-one" workout. Of course this regimen takes a couple months of high intensity and high impact training to get the desired results, but I am positive we can get you there!!! BWAHAHAHAHA Look OK to me now! But then again the pics are about 1/2 an inch tall.
 
Yeah, part of abs is eating to stay alive to see them.

From your posts on the diet forum and from what I read from you, I'm seriously inclined to say that you may have anorexia.

I stuggled with that from 19-24........hence me becoming SOOOOOOOOO involved in fitness. We are blind when we're sick like this, seek help before it's too late!

Actually at her bodyweight there is no way she is 10%. She does not have enough lean mass to make that work. I would guess you at 18% That would put you at about 75# of lean mass and that will not do. You do not have enough muscle to use up calories effectivly. JATCA69 gave you good advice. EAT Train hard as hell and heavy and keep the cardio to almost zero for about six months. Concentrate on Protein foods and do not eat carbs after 4pm. Your calories should be around 1800 per day (2000 would be better)
50% protein, 30% carb, 20% fat. Is your trainer a tool? I have been a trainer for 14 years and I hate this kind of bullshit misinformation! You do look aneroxic a bit to be (very thin limbs belly a bit distended) You can be beautiful just eat and be healthy...your body needs food you know.
