Actually at her bodyweight there is no way she is 10%. She does not have enough lean mass to make that work. I would guess you at 18% That would put you at about 75# of lean mass and that will not do. You do not have enough muscle to use up calories effectivly. JATCA69 gave you good advice. EAT Train hard as hell and heavy and keep the cardio to almost zero for about six months. Concentrate on Protein foods and do not eat carbs after 4pm.
