Hey everyone!! I just got some updated pics taken today. I havent posted any posing pics since before december, since I injured my back around that time. It seems my arms have gotten bigger at 18". Just a slight increase, and back size looks to be mostly back, but chest seems to still be lagging. Im glad to be coming back though and just hit 310 for and easy 5x5 today and then some. I will take another set of pics at the end of this month to see if the supplements worked well. Im taking No-Xplode and more protein shakes to see how that works out. I hope to be a good deal stronger by the end of the month. Maybe Ill post some older pics side by side for comparisons as well. Got some full body sunburn in the pics too. Looking for some honest feedback!! ThanX for the encouragement!!
(Was 195 with alot of water in my stomache, before meals, clothes on , on the gym scale, Heaviest ever, but still not feeling at my peak of chest strength, SOON though, I almost hit 365 for one rep on flat bench and after many sets, not fresh, which is only 5lbs from my best, seems I should exceed my best by the end of this month)
