Some Updated Post Injury Beastiality Pics

Hey everyone!! I just got some updated pics taken today. I havent posted any posing pics since before december, since I injured my back around that time. It seems my arms have gotten bigger at 18". Just a slight increase, and back size looks to be mostly back, but chest seems to still be lagging. Im glad to be coming back though and just hit 310 for and easy 5x5 today and then some. I will take another set of pics at the end of this month to see if the supplements worked well. Im taking No-Xplode and more protein shakes to see how that works out. I hope to be a good deal stronger by the end of the month. Maybe Ill post some older pics side by side for comparisons as well. Got some full body sunburn in the pics too. Looking for some honest feedback!! ThanX for the encouragement!!

(Was 195 with alot of water in my stomache, before meals, clothes on , on the gym scale, Heaviest ever, but still not feeling at my peak of chest strength, SOON though, I almost hit 365 for one rep on flat bench and after many sets, not fresh, which is only 5lbs from my best, seems I should exceed my best by the end of this month)

Heres some side by side before and afters. Keep in mind the injury was a huge set back, so Im glad just to be getting back in shape again! Let me know what you can make out!! haha Be honest! I can take it! Im working on improvements this month, and Ive made it my goal to be at my best in march. Im training with a renewed rage now! My perspective is fucked so feedback can be very helpful!

Well you def have plenty of size and thickness in the upper body! My only question: when will you start cutting? You're big now but I think you'll look much more impressive with a bit more definition :) (and I don't think your size suffered that much as a result of your injury)
 
If you lose a little more weight on your tummy you will be much cuter. The piercings and tattoos are a little scary though :), do you worry about them getting infected. i had a friend who had hers get infected, but she is ok now.
 
First off, let me say that you are looking massive. Looking at the before and after pictures, you look to have lost a little size, most noticeably, in your delts. But at the same time it looks like you've definitely dropped a few percentage in bodyfat. Your cuts look more defined than before, and I think I see a hint of serratus on your frontal pose. It's inspiring to see that you can come off an injury without looking like it! Great work Beast!

looking thick and i like the vein in the bicep, i would try to cut the BF% down a bit and work on the lower back and obliques, upper body is impressive !!!
let's see the wheels.....

what is that on your face ? im not sure if im diggin those but to each their own !!!

good work though and to a speedy recovery

ThanX brother!! Cutting is likely years off!! Im going for size and strength as my main goals at the moment, and until my waist gets real large, I probabally wont cut. Cutting would mean sacrificing some strength at the moment. I did make some changes in my diet, though, do to budget. Basically Im focusing more on high protein intake and less on calories. So lots of protein shakes and less large meals. Its cheaper this way, and will probabally lean me out a little bit as well. If I find myself losing strength or size Ill revert back to the heavy eating again. The initial size loss was even more noticeable in the beginning, but it looks like Im getting back more then I expected. Im wondering now why Ive gotten heavier though. I was 188 in the before pics and my waist looks slimmer in the new pics. The only thing measuring bigger is my arms, by a slight increase, and Im 195 on water now. 7lbs heavier. Maybe its in the traps or lower back? Ive been deadlifting an insane amount as always. I dont measure traps. My waist has increased some since those pics. Not sure what to make of it, but hope to hit a solid 200 soon. ThanX again!

ThanX sister!!!!!! On my list of goals, cuteness is nowhere to be found however. If Ive quoted myself correctly I think I once said "Fuck the minds of the girls and guys. Strength and size are my main goals at the moment. Cutting really isnt a problem for me. I like to walk through a crowd and have a general wave of terror flow through my vicinity. A six pack doesnt quite acheive this! I pretty much block everything out and stay in a numb, yet hostile state most of the time. So "no worries". Someone told me alot of people die every year from infections caused by nose piercings. I have 6 in my nose. ThanX again!!

ThanX for the honest feedback brother!! Appreciate the compliment as well! Hopefully Ill be back or very close to it when I take the final set of pictures at the end of the month. There will be 10 pictures of each pose and Ill likely post the best ones. Its alot of pictures to post. But I do that so I can study that shit. Though my perspective is fucked as Ive said. I agree. I saw the loss in the delts and also chest especially! Rear delts as well. The back looks to be back on par from my perspective. Arms dont look any bigger at all in those pics, but they did tape at 18" a few days ago and they were 17 3/4 to 17 7/8" in the before pics. ThanX thought maybe I looked leaner, but its strange cuz I felt obese a few weeks ago. hhaha Stomach does look flatter I think, but the definition is likely the sunburn! I can see the serratus at times, just a little. ThanX for all the encouragement and feedback brother!! Much appreciated!!

Nah, I dont eat much chicken these days! I used to eat 8 fried chicken legs and 10 corn fritters for breakfast occasionally, but Im trying to save some money and eat a little cleaner for a little while. As far as chicken breasts go, I try to avoid them as much as possible!! haha Hate those. Id sooner eat tuna. Three peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches has 66 grams of protein and tastes much better, plus the extra calories. That house is too clean to be mine!! Keep training hard yourself!!

ThanX for the positive feedback brother!! The BF% will probabally get reduced as a result of the change in my diet (higher protein with less emphasis on calories and carbs), due to budget. Ill experiment with that for a while and see how it works out. I figure the lower back should get hit pretty well with all the deadlifting Ive been doing, now the higher rep deads Ive been doing as well. (405x12 last week). I dont do any side bends or anything, but I fugure the deads hit the obliques pretty good. Needsize has great obliques and attributes them to deadlifts. The legs are nothing worth seeing! I hit them until I vomitted weekly for years and got little in return. Itll take some time for them to be decent. Although Im not a powerlifter or bodybuilder, just a dedicated weight lifter with the goal of being an overall freak. So symmetty is of little concern. Another part of the "Beast Mentality" you could say. I hit my legs pretty hard still though, but itll take some time, plus I dont see myself being too agile with 32" legs. I like to be prepared for any conflicts that may arise. Id have to shave them for the muscle to even be visible and that would take a lawnmower. haha ThanX again!!

Looking damn solid bro...I use to have all the piercing myself...I grew tired of them after about 5 years and know I'm a clean cut guy...LOL

ThanX brother!!!!!! Yea they do get annoying at times. The septum is the worst. I may take that out and get spikes put on my left and right nostril, rather then rings. haha The other ones arent bad. ThanX again brother!!

So you weigh more now than you did before the injury? Maybe the rest did you some good.......like how people take a week off and come back stronger than ever.

ThanX for the encouragement brother!! MUCH appreciated!! It is possible the rest helped me in some way, without me knowing it. Had I been consistently training heavy, and not got injured, maybe I wouldnt be getting as strong as I am now. Or maye Id be benching 405 and hitting 315 for 10 on the benches! haha This rest was much longer then a week. It started as taking a month off with only 4 very light days in the gym, and then coming back very light for another 2 months I believe. Either way, its great to be back training hard again and Im sure Ill make some major improvements this year. Keep KILLing that shit brother!! And thanX again!!
