Clen - any serious sides? how to come off

From my research it dosent appear that there are any unmanagable or permanenet side effects of using clen.

I havent found any information on comming off. when comming off does your metabolism drop drastically from its natty base rate? does most of the fat come back on, would strict dieting suffice?

i have used clen many times...there are 3 basic side effects, headaches first couple days (doesnt always happen), your hands will shake like crazy, and cramps, if you take potassiumm and taurine you can avoid the cramps. altogether the sides arent bad at all, i dont care if my hand shakes a little as long as im burning fat. as far as coming off, i dont think you have to taper, you can just stop at whatever dose you were running.

As this is your first run with clen, I would peak up at 100mcg, and taper down to 60mcg. Your next cycle, go up to 120mcg and taper down to 80mcg. It isn't necessary, but it *may* help. As mentioned, taurine and tylenol are important. Drink several gallons of water daily. A high protein (1.5g per lb of bodyweight), moderate carb (0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight), low fat diet (0.25g per lb of bodyweight) seems to work best with Clen

I always taper up, but have never tapered back down
