This stuff is great...
I was getting a little worried..
I've been cheating on my diet. For the most part I eat pretty good, salads, fruit, veggies protein. Come the weekend I'll slack and eat alot of sweets, chocolates, chips, but I haven't gained any weight, I just keep loosing. I wonder how much weight I would drop if I cut out all the junk food?!

I understand about cheating on the weekends...
 
Hey Bella whats your stats and how much cals are you consuming each day. Also what weight did you start at and what are you now. Im just going away to give Clen a go and am very interested. Also has it adversly affected strength and have you lost any muscle, cheers

how many calories..I have no idea...I'll give you a run down, in the morning I either have 2 egg white, a cup of cereal, oatmeal or a protein shake. Then for lunch all I really eat are salads. Then if I get hungry before dinner some fruit, then for dinner usually some type of protein and veggies. (you do the math) Maybe I should count calories but to be honest with you I can't be bothered.

I'm 5'8. I started clen at 160 I am now 148.

I haven't lost any muscle. I feel great. More energy. I cycle with efedra so I have a feeling thats why I am not so hungry anymore. On the weekend when I'm with my bf, I cheat a little if we go to the movies....popcorn..reeces pieces...

I think I should cut all the junk out & get strick with my diet.

I told you. You are doing fine. Moderation,...moderation, moderation. You know what to eat, and you are doing fine now. If you want to take it a step further, it's just diet, and cardio at this point, and how much/V.S. how often. Just keep up eating good foods, and staying on your regimen. And, "Yes"...You are allowed to eat crap foods still, but try to keep it down to just the weekends or a minimum. (ie. minimum) Remember, moderation is key, and you don't have to starve yourself either while watching what you eat. Eat what I told you. You aren't dieting to try to compete in any female fitness show or anything, so just relax and use moderation. Remember keep drinking your water, and try to use some "Crystal Light" with your water while exercising. Don't worry, it's what I use, and no you don't digest it, your body processes it just like water. No sugar.

Lunch = Salads w/o protein, maybe 200cals
Snack = 100cal
Dinner = 300cal

I'm looking at roughly 900 calories and that's giving you some extra padding and being generous. It's more like 800 calories. Protein intake is low. Where are the healthy fats? With clen, you really don't need to be in such a calorie deficit to get results. I've ran an above maintenance calorie stack and lost weight. You should be consuming AT LEAST 1500 calories daily, IMHO
 
across how many weeks has the 12 pound weight loss occurred? should give you a general idea of whether or not you're doing this in a healthy way or not
 
^I started taking clen the first week of April & I weighed my self on Friday

I'm in agreement here. This might be the reason for your weight loss...low calories. Eventually it will catch up, your metabolism will slow and the loss will stop.

Have you done regular body fat checks? That is the only way to tell if muscle loss has occurred.
 
^ no I havn't, I don't think I lost muscle, if anything I feeli tighter & stronger. How do I check?
 
How are you cycling clen - what protocol are you following?
Are you utilizing taurine, ketotifen/zaditen with it?

1st day i took 20mg, 2nd day 40 so on and so fourth. Once i reach 100mg I stayed at that until the end of the 2weeks. Then I came off for two weeks and during that time I was taking efedra. Then when I started the clen again, right off the bat I started with 100mg and I am going to stay at that.

In short:
Firstly, clen depletes liver taurine levels which has a number of rather negative implications - it would be a good idea to supplement with 5+ g's of taurine ED; it's very cheap.
Secondly, clen downregulates beta2 receptors quantity/sensitivity - zaditen restores them. Take 10-20mg for several days, or 2-4mg's ED to prevent downregulation as it negates fatty acids release.

I've heard some people say when you come off clen you can crash??
 
A good thing to do, whenever losing weight, is to do periodic body fat checks (i.e., with calipers, BodPod, or Hydrostatic). You do an initial one (baseline). Then about every 4 weeks or so (give or take) you do another check, in the EXACT same method, if it is calipers, the SAME PERSON does the measurement.

This way, you can actually check your lean body mass and fat weight. This is the only way to see if it is FAT you are losing or MUSCLE. If you start losing muscle, you can adjust your diet, training, or supplementation.

Because honestly, who the hell cares what you weigh. Weight is only a measure of gravities pull on your body. Lean body mass and fat % is what matters.... Reducing body fat % will make a MUCH bigger impact on your body than simply losing weight.

Feeling "tighter" can also be due to less water in the body.

I am not saying you are not getting good results, or are not losing fat....Just giving things to ponder. :)

I've been drinking 64 to 72 oz of water everyday, I don't think I can drink more than that...I hate having to pee all day

Alright girl...you should try to drink more. That isn't even a gallon. :) Your body will adjust. Add it slowly. Every couple days, add another 8-16oz until you reach at least 128oz (1 gallon).
 
should I up the dosage?!?
I am already taking 5 pills a day 100mg...it doesn't feel as effective anymore...think i should take 6 tomorrow?
 
what point in your 2 week cycle are you at? you know that your beta2 get downregulated after about 18 days right? if youre still waving up i would do 120, if your toward the end i wouldnt bother. listen to your body it will tell you whats best for you
 
I'm on a clen cycle as well and had planned on going hiking this weekend, a lot of incline, cardio intensive romping. It would probably be inadvisable to take a dose before going out there, right?
 
I don't see why not. Just don't overdoo your matienience dose. Use good judgement, and see how you are feeling. I always feel dosing tht way helps a lot better than regimented dosing. (IMO)

But regimented dosing should be followed as a default standard primer regardless. I also use this theory on my training as well. I have the same schedule, but never "all" of the same exercise movements in a workout following another, of tht same bodypart trained.

^ Babe I'm gonna try stacking. I will go down to 80 mg of clen & take 3 efedra pills.

Adam....I am on my 7th day ..My cycle ends on the 24th
 
i'd hit the 120 then. with the stuff i use the results are in the 120+ range for me

i'd save the ephedra for when youre in a 2 week off from clen. you can hit your beta3's when ephedrine all the time, but youve only got so much time to work on your b2s before they downregulate. i'd stick with the clen @120 :)
 
^ i just read this...its a little too late, I already stacked..I took 80mg of clen & 1500 mg of efedra 1000

I feel great , I can't wait to go to the gym and work out, I have so much energy rushing through my body...
 
after this cycle I have enough clen for about 3 weeks...So basically I would have been on it for 7 weeks....should I come off?

You've been taking Clen for 7 weeks STRAIGHT...no breaks?
 
^ no I do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.. Next week I come off..then after that I will have about 3 weeks worth of clen left. After I finish it off..should I come off for a while? I have heard people say you should.
 
i'd come off for at least a couple months. give your body a break and enjoy the weight you just took off for the summer :)

honestly bella im not sure why 12 weeks is the rule of thumb for as long as you should run it maybe someone who knows more will drop in their .02
