Not a bad foundation to work on at your age. All I recommend is a steady diet of Squat, Bench, Deadlifts Military press and tons of food and rest. You are young so the most important tip I can give you is that form is everything. In the long run form is what makes sure you don't get hurt and can add mass.... Good luck and glad to have you here

hey thanks man, i'm glad to be here.

military press, i've never done this before. i basically don't do anything pressing over my head. i also don't really have the bench to do military presses with. is there an alternative exercise? it's just not exactly the most regularly advised thing for me. usually it's like, squat, bench, and deadlift, then throw in some extra hamstring stuff..

Like LS said, you have a good solid base. Just keep lifting and eating good food and you will get there. :)

for 16 you are doing a good job... i wish i had started training at such an early age. i think you may be neglecting your back, start doing weighted pullups and you will get a lot more width, adding a lot to the illusion of size from back AND front. and do not neglect your shoulders... took me a while to realize how important they are for a good physique (and to hit higher numbers in bench, dips, etc). military presses with BB, or preferably DB, would be something i'd focus a lot on.

and don't be afraid to eat a TON. you are young, stuff yourself with tons of good food to build a really strong base, which will come in very handy as you progress. forget about having visible abs for a while and just BULK BULK BULK. good luck man, you are on the right track.

your looking pretty good.

you should definately be proud of yourself, and remember that all you can do is improve!:)

your poses remind me of myself...now i just gotta get up some balls and post mine:D

nice work man, looks like you have awesome muscle shape and a lot of potential. Squats, deads, benches, OHP and eat everything
!!

rice, looks good man. As the guys above me said, it looks like you've got a good foundation going. You can put some serious muscle on you if you eat more. Start eating LOTS. Start adding heavy compound movements in. Squats, deads, rows, presses, etc. You will grow like a weed.
