Can drol or dbol expire?

Yes, it can expire. Usually will last for a couple of years.

i don't understand how something just expires.

I mean does its effectiveness gradually decrease over the years or what?

That is exactly it, the degree of effectiveness will diminish over time.
Always check your expiry dates on all your gear.

I always check em... the fresher the better. but i was just wondering if the same applied to tabs.
