first time roid use deca

i am going to take deca at 200mg per week for my first cycle to see how i react and to keep side effects down. how do i need to eat? i would like to cut up more than bulk up if possible with this. can i site inject this into my biceps? how do i come off of it? i also don't want to stack it for fear of side effects(my hair thinned out while on a prohormone 1ad) how soon will i notice results? also should i take clenbuterol or novaldex with it to stay cut up? finally what is the best brand to buy?

Every thread I have read says to take in lots of water with it...and the usual high protein moderate carbs diet. Try to get the stuff that comes in 200 mg/amp instead of 50 mg/amp so you don't have to inject as much as often.

200mg's of Deca will do nothing other than shut down your natural production of testosterone. For a first cycle I would suggest Test Enan at 500mg's per week for 8-10 weeks.

Ok Tuna take this to heart buddy. Theres a phenom called deca dick. If you take just deca you are likely to be seeing side affects in that dept. I am a first time user on Test Ethe and Deca and I havent had a single side affect. I would suggets 250-350 mg Test/5 days and 300-400 mg deca every 7 days. You should see great side affect free gains with this stack!!! Dont forget to finish with clomid!!! PEACE

My first cycle was 200mgs/week of Deca. Loved it. I had also been training for 10 years prior. It broke a platue.

Deca is not a cutting drug, and I wouldn't to bi's with it. There really is no point. Site injection is somewhat of a some believe it and some don't kind of thing. And Deca is definitely not a site injection drug. The only drugs that might have some site injection benefits are esterless drugs which Deca is not. Just inject it in one of your major muscle groups twice a week and keep the protien high. You might see some bf loss due to the added muscle you'll get if you do your cycle correctly. that means eating right.

what are some esterless roids i can site inject with and are they likely to cause side effects ?(especially hairloss)

Yes, but thats only a temporary solution.
You might have to take Viagra or Cialis for months till your levels return to normal.
Id suggest a Test cycle instead.
Anything like Enanthane, Cypionate or Sustanon for 10 weeks.
Clomid post cycle.
