Ok, no cigarette :) I think I found the solution: :baby2:

Today I woke up, I ate bfast, deli chickenbreasts, 1/4 cup cream of wheat -no more left, and a half a cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese. 2 hours later 1 cup of FF C.cheese with 2 tspn. peanut b. And 1 hour later I had to eat, 1/4 white cabbage and a cup of coffe with some 1% milk, not mine but I hate coffee black. And since the morning, some sugar free ginger ale. I ate the cabbage but I already felt so puffy in the stomach, still went to grab something.WHy????Like I have someone inside and do whatever she wants.

Does that person inside have any idea what her daily macro breakdowns look like? maybe you are hungry because you are starving?

I don't know if I am hungry when I feel stuffed in the stomach and I barely can move, I look like a 3 months pregnant after, and I still want to eat.

Mental issue .. you need to change your way of thinking ... this is a lifestyle change sweetie .. so change yours to accomdate YOUR new goals

When do you go to the gym?

Are you at work?

At home?

Sounds like you're bored ... that's the impression I'm getting, that & what I posted in your log

?? Should I quit my job?Not to go to school? I dont know what to change about it.

I won't smoke.

I am not bored, I walk 10-05 mins to the subway and back home from there. Plus gym around 5pm. for 2 hours about. And I dontfeel it's enough. Sometimes I walk 20-30 blocks here in the city.

I am at home on the weekends, or I go out.
I dont feel bored I feel unsuccessfull and it makes me depressed. That's all. If you mother keeps hitting you but she tells you she loves you and not stop hitting you, you assume she does not love you. ( I am on "diet" as I was adviced, doing exercise, not seeing result, assuming I don't do anything to my body)
 
I am going to say this and get back to work ...

Maybe BC I got home from a workout and before workout I only have my lunch, around 1-2-3pm. So I get home, eat my dinner and I am hungry again.
 
Sounds like you need to find something else "to do" when you get home to replace the activity you usually do (eating) and thus break the cycle of mental association that comes with: "When I walk in the door I must eat....." Eventually your mind will no longer associate the one with the other, but until then you need to trick yourself by doing something else & be strong to fight thru the temptation (provided you are ok with your meal plan the rest of the time).

Also - NO SMOKING!!!!
