Ok, no cigarette
I think I found the solution:
Today I woke up, I ate bfast, deli chickenbreasts, 1/4 cup cream of wheat -no more left, and a half a cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese. 2 hours later 1 cup of FF C.cheese with 2 tspn. peanut b. And 1 hour later I had to eat, 1/4 white cabbage and a cup of coffe with some 1% milk, not mine but I hate coffee black. And since the morning, some sugar free ginger ale. I ate the cabbage but I already felt so puffy in the stomach, still went to grab something.WHy????Like I have someone inside and do whatever she wants.
