Why is spanking still allowed in schools in the USA?

In the eleventh grade I was wrongly paddled,)I really was falsely accused of whatever stupid thing it was) and on the last swat the asshole principle swung low on purpose and hit me on the back of the knees(which hurts 100 times more), then got this little fucikin smirk on his face.

so I lost it, flipped his desk over on top of him and choked the shit outta him. It took four coaches to pull me off of him.

I got suspended for 3 months.

how do parents react to their kids being spanked?

if my kid needs some spanking I will be the only one who will decided wether he gets is or not. I would have some serious Law issues if I found my kid was spanked in school

exactly. bunch of head rot MTV raised know nothings sitting around at home being lazy and nondisciplined because their parents are coddling them in hopes that one damn ass whipping won't cause them to need therapy when they are 35 years old.

instead of beating their asses, they are allowed to walk around with their pants down to their knees, speaking bad english, everything is bitch this and ho that, aspiring to be a damn basketball star or drug dealer and the whole "you can't whup me" mentality only breeds in with their psuedo tough guy image.

What states is it legal in?

Yea well imagine that you, as the parent, gives your pre-teen kid a few lashes with a belt because they decide to be out for 24 hours and NOT TELL YOU... You take the kid to the pediatrician who has known you for FOURTEEN YEARS and tell the doc EXACTLY what you did, how you did it, and what percipitated said spanking, then said, "Now sweetheart, drop your jeans and show the doctor your rear end."

This happened in JAN 06.

ALL four of my kids were taken from me in MAY 06 "pending a DYFUS investigation".

My ex submitted pics of severe bruises that were inconsistent with marks made from a belt - looked like blunt force trauma - TOTALLY inconsistent with the letter from the pediatrician which were specific about what the doctor saw as they came straight from his notes. The photos were dated in AUGUST (the child got spanked in JANUARY), the year notably cut off. And my ex wrote a letter that was totally in opposition to what the pediatrician wrote.

I got a letter from the school stating all the times I had been in as a concerned parent asking for guidance as that child was a known discipline problem in my home (before her father started grooming her to be his replacement wife she was a straight A student involved in band and choir living happily w/me and her sisters) and a letter from the pediatrician stating EXACTLY how it happened further stating that he did not feel the need to contact DYFUS (it is there job to contact social services if there are ANY marks on a child) at the time as he observed ONE VERY MINOR 2cm superficial bruise and that in the 14 years that he has known me I have brought the children to ALL well and sick visits and neither he nor none of his colleagues had EVER had a reason to suspect any sort of abuse or neglect.

That was over a year ago.

DYFUS has done not a fucking thing.

The judge refuses to allow me back my legal or physical rights to my kids because DYFUS won't give a report...

So now what?

She is now smoking pot, failing school, threatens her younger sisters with bodily harm, lives with her boyfriend and has a reputation so horrible (for being passed around by boys) that her three younger sisters want NOTHING to do with her. The child is fourteen years old.

Most schools dont paddle any more. I got the paddle twice in grade school. 3 foot long plank of wood with holes drilled in it. I got a couple in 2nd grade, and a couple in fifth.

what are the holes for?
