Question about my trip coming up - thanks!

Why don't you simply call the rental car company and ask them if it matters ?
Better safe than listening to these Etards..

If they'll let you rent it being younger than 25 it's not a small fee. I did that once before I was 25 and it doubled the rental cost.

Cheers,
Scotsman

one quick call to your broker and another to the car rental place could have saved you reading these guys make fun of Peter Peter Pumkin Eater yet again.

Is Big Pete really 12 years older? That means he was masturbating when you were being breast fed...

just sayin.

True but sometimes they will tell you something and you get there and that changes. That's my next step but I wanted to hear experiences that others had.

Ok, so - question. I am going on a trip to the FL keys with Peter in July to swim with the dolphins (yaye). This is the first trip I am taking COMPLETELY alone (yup). I like being in control of everything (renting the car, flight, hotel, etc) and so I have basically everything already set up.

I had talked to my brother about this because he's had lots of experience with this but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask you guys. I know you have to be 25 to rent a car... even though Peter will be 34 and I will put the car under his name, will they still let me charge it on my credit card (I want to put everything on my credit card)? I just want to make sure the name on the car doesn't have to match the name on the credit card AND if it will be an issue since I'm 22. I remember my brother saying he used to rent cars and he was under 25, they just charged him a little extra and that they really don't care who pays as long as SOMEONE pays.. but the worst thing that could happen is we have issues there because of that... a car is very needed to go to the FL keys. LOL! And what about the whole car insurance thing since I'm under 25 (just in case we get into an accident and what not)...

Experience and or thoughts??? Thanks!
I rented a car for my little sis on my credit card. She was under 25 and I was in my thirties. I know that is just the opposite of what your situation is, but I don't think that they care.

Also, I used to rent cars before I was 25. I was never even told that it was an issue. :whatever:

Who the fuck is Peter?

Don't get the insurance. Read up on your personal car insurance plan, chances are they cover rentals.

Wow, first trip at 22. It's never too late, have fun.

OMG!!! You don't know who Peter is!!!!!

He is only the best, cutiest, coolest, richest man in the world!!!

Yes he has one but I want everything on my card. He is also in the middle of switching credit card companies and I get miles anyway for the more I charge on my credit card.

And I figure that if they don't care who is paying as long as someone pays, that I could just put it on my card.

Oh we are going together. What I meant was this was the first time I am going where it's just him and I. We have not vacationed together yet.

when she was starting school he was graduating high school, good thing he wasnt touching her back then.
