What should I start with?

Hey guys I am about to start my very first cycle and wondered if I should stack Deca with T-bol. I kinda of thought about taking T-bol alone, but am not sure what to expect. Anyone have any input?
 
Mon cheri, how old you? height? weight? training schedule? diet? what do you want to do? bulk? cut? so many choices but one must know what yours are in order to give you assistance

Exactly, also deca/tbol def wouldnt be a recommended first cycle.

the standard answer will be...
stats
age
weight
years training
or you will just get flamed. but, if you dont most people will recomend
500 mg test per week for 10 - 12 wks with proper ai's and pct (standard reply). i would suggest a much lower dosage( say 250-350 mg per week )

If not, why? I thought maybe the oral tbol could be used by itself? If I start to stack what would you recommend.

I am 28 and weigh 155 5'6". Been working hard for about a year and a half. Really hard the last few months and have seen a lot of change( about 10 pounds worth). I want to bulk up about 10-15 POunds more and stay cut. So what now?

It sounds as though you are currently growing nicely.

My best recommendation is to keep doing what is working for you and, meanwhile, spend some time doing your research. In a few months, there's really no hurry, you'll be able to come back to this thread and know why your cycle here doesn't cut it.
