LMFAO!

Seriously though bro crunches won't do anything to burn off fat. You have to learn how to diet. It's hard and is not fun, but the results will worth it.

Its all diet. I can be 9% bf & not see abs. I gotta cut more yet. You don't even have estrogen levels like I do...

All diet.

If its your body type that you hold fat in your middle section I'm gonna guess you also bulk up nicely, i.e. build good muscle? If you are eating to fuel a bulk phase, then focus on that. If your goal is to get the six pack, then eat to fuel that. Don't try to do both if its not how your particular body is going to respond. Body transformation is an ongoing thing - there are some people who can maintain a six pack just by thinking about it, but they will have to fight friggen hard if they want to build mass like I'm gonna guess you can. I'm not massive but I probably have bigger biceps than most "normal" guys because that's my particular gift and I"ve also been eating & lifting to build for years. When its time to cut for competition I've already got some mass to spare and then I have to fight like crazy to get down to that six pack. O well. I'm damn happy w/ my biceps tho. I'm not going to measure myself by a six pack all the time if that's not what my body is able to do. But I can achieve it if I diet & train for it.

A thought tho - if you aren't looking for mega bulking results you might consider a carb cycle diet which will help to cut but will also fuel reasonable maintenance for you. Low carbing & shitloads of cardio may just eat up what you mass you have. Carb cycling is a fantastic cutting tool that doesn't sap your strength.

hey sassy, have any good links on the ins and outs of carb cycles? Thanks!

bro eat 15 to 18 times your bodyweight in good clean calories

whole grains, brown rice

no carbs(brown rice etc) after 4 pm

drink nothing but water........ give it 3 weeks you will start to see results

trust me

Yeah same that is the worst spot for me. I got veins all over my arms and some little love handles lol. Always the last to go. Diet and cardio all the way.
