I am (just shy of) 3% BF down from the start date , so after two weeks, I'll take it. Just lets me KINDA know things are 'working' .. we'll see if you can tell by the pics later, and everyone, if you cannot, please tell me .. I need your eyes here, my mirrors are playing tricks on me, and the lighting on this pale skin is no help. I may get some spray tans to help. Time to FEED!!!

Looks like it is all coming together - no supprises here. I think the YPT is only going to get tougher at first - like anything new. You will be working body parts that you are not used to working - at least not in that manner. My wifey is a big pilates gal. Her muscles are all longer now - which to me makes her uperbody look very muscular and very pretty. Not much leg work done IMO. She stopped weight training and opted for pilates which I rib her for daily, but she seems to really enjoy the mental aspect of it as much as the physical.

for the tan have you ever tried jergens natural glow moisturizer? it's great...provides a great base color.....no funny bronze coloring or anything like that....it's pretty good! my fiance is pretty pale and she uses it everyday...she loves it...she has stopped going tanning

I have tried everything, that is safe of course. Can't use any lotions like that when I get Fantasy Tan (an actual airbrusher sprays you, dries you, then powders you down, not those silly self spray booths). I was not impressed by the lotion itself. Thank you for the suggestion
