Prior to being sick, when I was overtraining, undereating, doing too many abs & way too mcuh cardio ... I was, well 'skinny' ... I had a little boy butt ...mm107 said:WAKe UPALREADY! lol j/k

Bunny, can i ask ya, or any lady in fact. MY GF is scared of loosing her ass, anyway around this? i hadda ask because u seem to lost ALOT of weight, but ur buts still great, any tricks?
I completely LOST my ass during my 1st cut, and I didn't use use YES on it ... all Diet basically & in the end, minimal training of legs, b/c they get BIG when I train them ... genetically blessed in that area... and to get a certain 'look' I needed to minimize the size since my upper body did not have the size & V it does now... This time around I'm trying to accept it, but it proves difficult when that is the "trouble area" when trying to pursue other avenues (again)... so frustrating, but whateva ... I like having a little somethign back there now, along with a 6 pack, since I obviously lost all of my chest.
MM this time around, I had to build it back up with sprints, squats, plyo's, step ups, lunges, stairs, incline lunges etc (preferably WEIGHTED)... If she wants to lose fat, and well, there is fat on her "ass" then chances are it's going to go one way or another, along with the other fat on her body ... she needs to build it up by adding some muscle ... I stick to my suggestions above given you can SEE what it has done for my booty
