Prior to being sick, when I was overtraining, undereating, doing too many abs & way too mcuh cardio ... I was, well 'skinny' ... I had a little boy butt ...

I completely LOST my ass during my 1st cut, and I didn't use use YES on it ... all Diet basically & in the end, minimal training of legs, b/c they get BIG when I train them ... genetically blessed in that area... and to get a certain 'look' I needed to minimize the size since my upper body did not have the size & V it does now... This time around I'm trying to accept it, but it proves difficult when that is the "trouble area" when trying to pursue other avenues (again)... so frustrating, but whateva ... I like having a little somethign back there now, along with a 6 pack, since I obviously lost all of my chest.

MM this time around, I had to build it back up with sprints, squats, plyo's, step ups, lunges, stairs, incline lunges etc (preferably WEIGHTED)... If she wants to lose fat, and well, there is fat on her "ass" then chances are it's going to go one way or another, along with the other fat on her body ... she needs to build it up by adding some muscle ... I stick to my suggestions above given you can SEE what it has done for my booty :)

Amazing bunns, thats all i needed to hear, Yea she def had little storage back there, but now its so tight. BUT mentaly she thinks its small now, wich is not even close to small.

Ill have her sqauting, she was doing box sqauts the other day(to train for the FULL ATF). Ill make her do some lunges as well. THANKS!

And yes we can all see what it has done to ya booty! thats why im asking lol!

High incline tread walking sure, I prefer Step Mill ... double stepping, KNEE UP, GLUTE SQUEEZE, intervals.... keep stepping ... and HOLD ON ... NOT hunch over & hold on, until she can get-r-done without hands & focus on pushing thru the heel only ...

Plyo work on a bench, toe taps .... left side of this page has some great suggestions too

Where do you get the $ for all the supps????? Did you win the lottery or are you a bank robber? I am interested in getting into both - possibly bank robbing first and use proceeds for lotto tickets - and supplemets of course.

Seriously - I am thinking of upping my anafit sups and currently take CB, Sesa, and GCL - thinking of adding green tea, purcee, alcar and levorex - my BF is 19% - what are your thoughts?

I think you cannot go wrong with ANY AF products PERIOD... if you got the $$$ why not? If you're going to spend it, why not do it on something that works? and if NOT .. THEY will give you a refund, or should within like 30 days, no questions asked I think ... plus they are helpful and WANT you to succeed, not just gobble up all your money ...

My thoughts ... get there by DIET first, training second, supps follow... THEY ALL have benefits with me (the supps I take), my health condition & my daily life & routine.

Base your supp choices on your goals ... overeating (sesa), energy (CB/Trex), fat loss (sesa/CB/Trex/Lev, etc), strength & muscular conditioning/ health(Purecee) etc... :)
