Cardio – Arc Trainer – 60 minutes – watched ‘Biggest Loser’ – Don’t know why I love this show

Quads & Abs

Squats (heel on plates – 45 lb Straight Bar to Floor / 10 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps, Bar + 20 / 20 reps

Single Leg-Leg Press – Sled / 16 reps each leg X 4 (only rest was switching to other leg)

Single Leg-Leg Extension – 30 lbs / 12 reps each leg, 15 lbs / 15 reps each leg X 3 (only rest was switching to other leg)

Decline Leg Raises Butt Ups – 15 reps X 5

Walk home from Gym - ~ 27.5 minutes
