It INCREASES TESTOSTERONE!!
Tribulus EXTRACT(Tribex, Tribestan) stimulates the Pituitary to produce more LH(Luetinzing hormone). LH is the hormone that signals the TESTICLES to produce more TESTOSTERONE. Tribulus EXTRACT has been shown to increase testosterone levels 150% from baseline.
This makes Trib especially useful during PCT, when testosterone levels are supressed. It is ALL I EVER USE. (I ONLY use NON-Aromatizing steroids.) AND, it can even be used WHILE ON cycle to increase testicle size and function!
HOWEVER, Trib is even effective during an OFF period, as it increases test levels naturally. One can expect very noticable gains in strength and muscle recovery.

This "Frustanol Saponin" is simply ONE of MANY frustanol saponins. SO when a bottle says it is STANDARDIZED for 10% Frustanol Saponins....TOSS IT! It needs to say "10% Protodiocin"! ONLY Protodiocin will stimulate the Pituitary to secrete LH.
THE ONLY brands I use are TRIBEX and TRIBESTAN--both standardized Tribulus EXTRACTS. I HIGHLY suggest you do the same, as I have tried them all.
