i am not gaining anymore on my first cycle

well i started off at 150ibs now i am 167,i am in my 5th week,i stopped gaining by my 4th week,i started using proviron and nolvadex during the 3rd week,i was getting bloated in the face,that has handled that,but i havent gained since the 4th week,i am using a dose of test 250mg,and was on npp for 3weeks ,200mg.my diet has not being as good ,but the weight shave being.
now i dont know should i stop or up my dose to 500mg?i want to get 6 more pounds i am stopping at the 7th week.pls what is your advice plsd help?should i stop?
 
Did you gain all the weight in your face with the bloat?

I would like to know the same thing X muscle asked, you need to eat dude!!!
 
The weight gained in the first 3-4 weeks was probably all water. You need to be getting 3,500-4,000 cals a day...sounds like a poorly designed cycle to begin with.
 
poor cycle, coupled with poor eating, and im only guessing your training isnt exactly intense, equals poor gains.
 
well,i was getting in 3000calories in before but now maybe 2500.i am so busy nowadays ,i am in my finals of med school.again it should read 250mg of sustanon and not test ,sorry.why do you think it is poor cycle.i am a beginner,its my first cycle.
i won a modelling contract that will take me to south africa and also the u.k ,cause of my looks,but i am required to get to 165-170ibs atleast.since its n my first cycle i dont want to go overboard.so i take it easy.pls i need help.my strength is thru the roof i bench 235 from 170 that i started from

So you are tryng to add lean muscle for modeling? I dont think I would have went with test. You gained water and bloat at the begining. Towards the end will tell the real gains. You need an excellent diet and intense training. Everything is about 33%(Gear, Diet, Training). Oh my bad dont forget to add sleep in with the training.

Fix your diet, You probably have a high metabolism. Increase your calories and take in a clean diet.
 
yea dude i eat around 4000 cal and im not on nothin. i know for sure when im on juice id eat at least 5500 to 6500 also im 6'6 but its common sense if you want to get big EAT
