will it take time to get back,i am so ashamed and unmotivated

Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.

Get back in, be consistent, and bust ass.

you will get back to where you were but it will take time and dedication just be consistent and you should be back in no time good luck and keep ya head up bro

Jeezus bro...take it easy on yourself. You had malaria for Godsakes. As you come back into training, take it easy and stay consistent. One thing to help motivate you should be that you know you've hit the 190 mark already (.....it's been owned in a sense). Now shoot your goals higher, like say 225. Focus on doing what you haven't yet done, and you'll blast through old PR's before you even realize it. Good luck bro!

Bro, you can probably get back to a max of 190 in a couple months easy. You were already strong enough to do it before so you will regain your lost strength faster than if you never had it to begin with.

yeah, once your body has already done it, it doesnt take too long to get back to that point. but, after being severely ill you have to take the time to gain back your strength. if you put in the work, 190 will come back very quick. dont sweat it and just enjoy working out for working out.

well, thanks you all ,i went to the gym, andd saw people that looked up to me do things i cant do at present, anyways thanks you guys, you have helped, but i have one question should i stay in the low weights?and again i was thinking of using creatinine what you think?

from what i have experienced as of late, go for the creatine if you got the cash. it made my strength and recovery shoot through the roof man!! its like i dont get tired sometimes. what kind of routine are you doing now? if you stay with lower weights, you wont hit the higher ones. just train like you have been doing.
