Disclaimer: I am not really taking these substances. Everything I say is hypothetical and completely fictitious. Nothing I type in this thread is to be taken literally or considered sound advice. I am pretending to be on AAS and would like to entertain Elite Fitness with a 16 documentary.

Age: 25
Height 5'10"
Starting Weight 205lb
Experience: 2 previous prohormone cycles, 1.5 years of natural lifting since the end of PCT, been hitting the weights since high school and more religiously since college, especially the past 3 years
Goals: 20lbs of lean muscle, low water retention

Target is 5 days of lifting per week with 1 day of cardio. Initial split is chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. Changes will be made as the cycle progresses. Diet will be full of lean protein, low GI carbs, and hi GI carbs pre and post workout.

WK 1-16 300mg Cyp EW
WK 1-16 450mg EQ EW
WK 7-16 75mg VAR ED

PCT starts 3 weeks after last inject (Clomid, Nolva)

AI on hand, might take some daily to fight water retention.

Updating my "first injection issue" thread, the swelling and pinkness in my delt is about 90% gone...so I'm good to go. Heat followed by ice did the trick. Next time I'm going to rub that shit in for 10 minutes then take a hot shower. Shoulder finally feels good enough to go through a workout again (tonight).

I've been feeling great all day, my mood has definitely picked up. I know the test is starting to work its way into my system, which I can definitely feel. I can't wait until week 5 or 6 when I can see it working :evil:

My diet is very clean, for breakfast I've been eating pure oatmeal (no sugar) with raisins, nuts, peanut butter, cranberries, brown sugar and eggs on the side with a lipton natural iced tea to drink.

Lunch is generally whole wheat pasta or some sort of meat plate or sandwich.

Pre and post workout shake is the same: frozen strawberries, 1 scoop of whey, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup fat free milk, 1 cup OJ, 1 serving fat free yogurt, malto/dextrose.

Good idea with the heat followed by ice... I've gotta try it immediately. Are you putting any whey in your oatmeal?

Eh yo! I figure the peanut butter I add gives me plenty of protein for the morning. I get my oatmeal at work where it's cheap. I could bring a scoop of whey with me from home...thanks for the idea.

Today's delt workout was unreal, it felt amazing to really hit 'em hard. Delts are something I've always wanted to really concentrate on this cycle, along with legs. I swear something is up in my system, because what I am feeling is not a placebo. It's been 6 days since my first injection.

Some chick at work called me a meat stick today. I immediately assumed she wanted the sawseege. That is all nuggas.

Suppose to go out with a lil daisy this Saturday I hope I feel some libido effects by then lol, nothing yet.

I forgot to mention i'm running HCG throughout as well (not for PCT though).

My delt is 100% healed. It took 7 full days for the pinkness and swelling to subside. Regardless, I had one of the best delt workouts last night. All swoled up 'n shit. I must have hit all 3 delt heads to failure...felt amazing.

I did my second inject(s) tonight. 1cc in my right quad, .5cc in the left. Both were was smooth as butter. I put my vial in a hot water bath before drawing the liquid. Immediately following the injects, I took a hot shower where thank god nobody could see me because I was doing squats and rubbing both quads under the water stream like an animal. Now I'm chillaxin with a heating pad on each quad wondering what or who I should do tonight.

I've noticed a longer lasting pump throughout the day lately. Tomorrow is the 5th gym day of the week for me, bi's and tri's. I like not having to hit tris on chest day or bis on back day; this way I can work each unit to failure.
