Not a good start here, pinned 300mg primo yesterday and 250mg test e in my quad and I can barely walk right now. This is never happened to me before Idk if its the primo or what but this **** hurts. Hopefully ill be able to train tomorrow. I heard primo has a bite to it but god Damn this **** hurts lol....heating it up and hitting delts with it next time for sure

Thanks bro, I actually did mix it with test...I'm thinking I may have grazed a vein cause I got some blood after the inject. I'll just heat it up and hit my delts with the primo but I havnt been in this much pain since I hit my calf with test/deca during last years comp.....I'm sure u remember that lol. It's good to have u back on the boards big bro

Junkie : My money's on you dog , try warming up the primo and mix it with the test also do glutes for a while thou, My girl is running primo and just gets a burning sensation pin glutes ... kill it.

thanks for the support brotha, I can almost walk now without feeling like i'm being stabbed in the quad with a steak knife lol, should be back in the game tomorrow. Looks like i'll have to skip legs this week and get back on sched next week. Meals and supps have been on point at least....

about 40min

Man were do I start? This is one of the worst workouts i've ever had, i've probably got 6-7 hours sleep in the past two days and I really felt it, but my quad felt good enough to get to the gym at least but my lifts were WAY down...I'm gonna swap out my flat bench for decline because it puts less stress on my right shoulder which I apparantly caused some type of permanant damage to during my 5x5 programme, nothing I cant work through tho. The last couple days i've been nausious and have had slight cold sweats, this happened the first week or so during my last cycle to so not too worried about it i'm sure it will subside...it's crazy, monday I had one of the best back workouts of my life, hit 6 diff excersizes for about 300 or more reps and pulled 370 on my deadlift in calorie deficit, and the rest of the week has been a mess lol. Just gonna shoot for a good nights sleep and hit shoulders and delts tomorrow
 
Does decline use less shoulder than flat then??interested as im trying to find ways to build chest without shoulders taking over,nice log also mate

I think decline bench hits the chest more directly than the others, and so does Dorian Yates so I'm gonna stick with that lol......but I def can tell you from personal experience with shoulder issues the last few months that the incline bench effects my problem shoulder the least by far. I cant even go heavy on flat bench right now or it'll give way.....but on decline no problems bro

maybe you should throw a video of your bench up so it can be critiqued....its very easy to involve your shoulders into your bench press. The bar should be coming down towards the bottom of your chest right around the nipple area (no homo lol)with your elbows tucked in, anything higher than that is gonna involve the shoulders too much

I have this weird freakiest feeling when I think about hitting delts. I don't think I could ever do it. man, got the chills just writing about it. Haha!
its like the easiest thing to pin bro, except I usually get a some blood when I pin delts for some reason

About 45min here, I'm not really timing the sets, I'm just making sure I'm not pacing myself. As long as I'm around 40-45min, and around 1hour for back and legs i'm right were I should be imo. Felt a little lethargic yesterday but feeling better today, if I need to i'll drop the var back to 60mg ed we'll see how I feel this week,so far I'm impressed with it tho, I'm already noticing my veins in my delts popping back out and veins popping out in my biceps that i've never seen before.....
 
off day yesterday, had a medium size serving of baked ziti, a small square slice of cheese pizza, 6 or 7 wings and a few handfulls of doritos during the super last night. Back on track with diet today, swapping the ground beef for lean steak cause the ground beef was not agreeing with me

Were exactly do u hold the bar on those widegrip rows? Primo pain is tolerable once i started heating it up and pinning delts

I may up my calories for a bit when I add tren depending on how fast I lean out...the fat is melting off me right now so if I can hit 10% by week 5 when I add tren then i'll lean bulk for 4 weeks and take advantage of the muscle building properties of tren

So I had to cut this workout short to go in the locker room and vomit :mix:. Apparantly I'm one of the lucky few that get sides from t3 which include nausea, headaches, sweats, lethargy, insomnia, shortness of breath and my heartrate is jacked through the roof.....not to mention i'm down 7lbs in 11 days and no way its all fat. this has been goin on for about a week now and its just getting worse as i'm ramping the dose up. I thought it was the var at first but after looking into it, its def the t3. Needless to say i'm done with that shit and i'm dropping the albuterol for now too. Also cutting back to 40mg ed on the var until the sides cease, I feel like complete shit right now:mad: Its crazy cause I can run clen up to 140mcg ed with little to no sides at all.
 
Wow. Sorry to hear you having troubles....I'm waiting for my T3 to arrive, maybe I'll forgo adding it into the mix.
 
Damn bro I hate to hear this man. Do what you have to do to get feeling better. You can't train with intensity feeling like crap all the time.

Yeah I'm feeling a little better as of today, those were some nasty side bro, I mean BAD. this weekend was a wash tho. Couldnt train which made me depressed and I ea liket shit when I'm depressd.....oh well, time to chalk it up and get my head back in the game, plenty of time left.

Ok what I do is grip that bar so that when I am in the up position my forarms are perpendicular to the floor, as in str8 up and down. Only bring the bar up as high as is comfortable. That for me is about nipple height. Also I tip my upper bod just a tiny bit forward to isolate the side delts as much as possible.:evil:

Nah bro way outside of my hips man. On an Oly bar, my index fingers are on the smooth rings that in the middle of the knurled parts. But that will also be dependant on your arm length.
Basically you want for your forarms to be str8 up and down when your elbow is bent 90°. (with your tries facing the celing, the "up" position.)

What a coincidence. I do them that exact way too! Used to use very close grip but this way is less stressful to my shoulders.

Week 5 on the tren bro, I didn't wanna start everything at once so if I had problems with sides I knew were it was coming from. I'm feeling much better since I dropped the t3, ill still use the albuterol tho...ill swap it on and off with eca. Eca is money for me

Shit Gj sorry to hear that matey, you been together long?, either way it's hard hope you manage to sort things out. I know sometimes I feel a lil guilty on my other half because if I'm not training I'm talking training or on EF. It's true what they say Bodybuilding doesn't stop at the gym doors it's a lifestyle. :)
