I want to know if I should be change my exercises every 6 weeks or just the rep range for optimal growth?
I haven't changed my exercise routine, but changed the rep range from 8-10 reps to 16-20 reps.
Is this is enough to keep my muscles to keep growing or should I change the exercise i do to.

How much much body fat could I expect to loose weekly? I understand there for sure will be muscle gain, and overall weight will be maintained or even increased due to muscle gain.
Realistically, how much weight loss can I expect from 8 test p 125 mg + mast p 125 mg cycle?

I've got lower(distal) bicep tendonitis. I will be taking at least a month off pull exercises which means back and biceps.
Can I still do push (chest, shoulders, triceps) exercises, or will this effect my bicep tendonitis?
Can I continue doing dead lifts? Will this put any strain on it?
Which one out of Valerian Extract and Ashwagandha was the most effective? Any sides from taking them?
