Just my opinion but damn...1400mg or over a week is quite alot. Im not going to preach about you being 21 or whatever but if your going to do it try a lower dosage first. My first cycle was 500mg sust and did just fine.

I had the same problem when using the barbell bench. A buddy of mine told me to use DB to bench with and it took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Worked pretty well for me.
