I've also been thinking about a winny only cycle. I really can not blow up right now because bad things would happen if certain people noticed. So I was looking for some strength gains and improved vascularity. I guess some size too:)

Yeah Mustard. For every gram of carbohydrate there are 4 calories. Same with protein. Fat's got 9 per gram.

Isopure!!! Its my favorite and has no carbs unless you get the chocolate, it's got 3 grams. No fat and 50 grams of protein per serving!

My split starts over every 5 days. Its plenty of time for me but I'm 19 so my body recovers pretty quick:D :D

I grill it with McCormick's Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken seasoning. I don't even like to put anything else on it. Melts in your mouth:p
