Sign up for the September Omega project class!!

Hi Omega: Apart from the initial cost, how much are the other total costs for the two months (i.e., supplements)? Bearing in mind I'm an Australian resident and would not be able to import AGXsport goods through customs Thanks, Simon

How much protein do you take in daily?

I'm curious. What % of your cals does this equate too and what is your bodyweight? I've analyzed what I'm doing, and I'm at 3500 cals, 35% P, so that's like 300P normally. Are u still on the omega programme?

Michael Phelps and his 10,000 calorie diet.

I disagree. Swimmers typically have much body fat levels that the runners (sprinters). This is the first olympics where the men were really cut, and this is probably because of changes in their non-swimming training (weights etc): see studies comparing body fat, Sportscience Compeat: Swimmers...

can light cardio be beneficial during bulking (to reduce stiffness)

Thanks - for the advice. I'm doing light cardio 2-3 times per week I've decided, and banning myself from anything where my heart rate increases too much - and no running. Already noticed a difference - squats have increased 10kg already, probably just becauses legs are less exhausted...

    Protein

You need about 30-60g protein PWO. There are no 30-60g pills! You can always eat food PWO (tuna sandwich; as tat suggest skim milk, although it would need to be about a litre), but seriously many brands of protein powder taste good. My advice is to scab some of friends and see which one you...

can light cardio be beneficial during bulking (to reduce stiffness)

Hi, I have 2 questions re: cardio and bulking (1) I was wondering whether light cardio during bulking would be beneficial or at least not deterimental. Examples of what I mean are - light swimming; - doubles tennis or badminton; - gentle cycle or walking. (2) Currently I squat the same as I...

How much protein do you take in daily?

I thought I read in another post u weren't juicing it. Is that correct? I thought such high protein intakes were really only beneficial for juicers

    my clean bulk

Why whey b4 bed. I'm doubting the PB delays its absorption that much, consider a slower protein source (i.e., anything else. Casein or if you are hungry scrambled eggs or PB and cheese)

    check out micheal phelps' diet

I don't think he's 4%. But one thing that has amazed me in this meet, is that the male swimmers are ripped (more ripped than they used to be) - almost like track athletes and gymnasts - whereas the women swimmers are much flabbier than female track athletes, and even many female team sports...

    I grew an ass

Dude, you are always asking for pics of people's arses. I have absolutely nothing against someone for their sexual orientation - 2 good friends of mine are gay and in Australia there is complete acceptable of it in the younger generation - but I'm pretty sure this is not the forum for it.
